Has anyone tried the so called acai berry diet and the colon cleanse? What results has it brought you. How long after consuming the first pill did it take for you to notice a change in figure?

I would like to lose some pounds because I weigh 120.

I am currently breastfeeding and the ingredients in these products are all natural, but I’m not sure if you can take these capsules. It just says to consult a physician.

Does the colon cleanser that you buy in a vitamin store really make your belly smaller? i haven't gone to the bathroom (number 2) in like 2 weeks and colon cancer runs in my family.. laxatives dont even work. im ify about taking the colon cleanser but it says that it makes your belly look smaller. does it?

OK, I am a 30 year old father that is not very healthy. I watch a lot of those late night infomercials and one night I seen a advertisement for some colon cleansing products.

I decided there was not much I could lose by trying a program like this so I did some research online and pick a system to start with. I am also in the process of giving up soda and exercising more too.

My worry though is what other people have gone through when doing a detox like this. Recently, I have seen some loss of energy and headaches. i have an irritated and inflamed intestined due to heavy college drinking. i have to emphasize the fact that it doesnt hurt, it's just uncomfortable, and nothing makes it feel better or worse. except alcohol of course. i have researched alot but just wanted some outside opinions…will the master cleanse help clear out my digestive system and heal my intestines?

I've seen those infomercials for colon cleansing where they claim if you use the products, ropes of built-up "gunk" coating the insides of your colon will come out.

My first question is, do any of these actually work or it is just a bunch of propaganda?
