I read about a course of Acai Detox pills combined with Colon Cleanse pills that helped keep your metabolism high, energy high and hunger low, could this be dangerous?

Please don’t.
The colon is self cleansing all that stuff does is give you diarrhoea, upset the normal flora in the colon, upset your electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium).
there are more antioxidants in blueberries and many other fresh fruits than there are in acai.
Antioxidants do not aid weight loss.
Type acai and scam into your search engine.
People lose money not weight, the free trial is far from free.
Only if they worked. I would not consider the program viable, just a fad. No worries, it all turns to waste inside. Seriously, avoid colon cleansing and harmful purgatives that destroy your useful bacteria and ph balance. You could make yourself very toxic, and super infected.
Acai doesn’t help with weight loss, yes it does increase your metabolism but not by so much that you will lose weight mostly and mainly it’s an antioxidant, it will not decrease your hunger. Colon cleanse just does exactly that cleans out your colon, but it’s not a quick fix and it’s up to you to do the work of dieting and working out.
