best colonic cleanse with personal experience?
I would like to know what vitamin product was most effective with doing a complete colon cleanse. I would like to know personal experiences and even to know any products that didn’t work or were a waste of money in your opinion. When I investigate online each product says it is the best and slams the competition so I don’t know how to make this decision.
Also, can a colon cleanse help you lose weight or is it temporary water weight?
Thanks guys ![]()

ooookay maybe I can help ya. I was feelin a lil backed up about 4 months ago and started researching colon cleansers on the web but ran into your same experience. I mainly wanted something that would maintain regularity and relieve bloating. They all said they were the best and safest for you blah blah blah. I kept in mind how much money I wanted to spend which narrowed my choices. I ended up buying OxyPowder….come across the product on your search?
Anyway, it’s about $40-$50 a bottle (I bought on ebay) and they are capsules.
It’s a 7 day cleanse. It’s an all natural oxygen colon cleanser used to safely relieve the bloating, irritation and constipation associated with a toxic colon.
You are meant to eat a diet during the 7 days consisting of certain whole foods and about half your body weight in ounces of water (to aid in dehydration from everything your body is expelling.) Sorry i know it gross but hey, it;s a colon cleanse.
Here’s a lil bout my experience. 6 pills before bed was my amount to cleanse (you are to basically put yourself on trial before you start day 1 to see how many pills your body needs in order for it to work effectively for you)
I’d wake up and go to the bathroom about 3-6 times over the course of like 5 hours. Just to let you know, it comes out like water. Seriously, it’s like you are peeing from yr booty… ew sick! i know. It’ll prob scare u the first couple of times. I was like uhhhhh that’s not normal lol.
Don’t worry, it looks nothing like the Colonix pictures. I know u saw those.
You might cramp a lil but it’s not bad. I felt kinda drained for the week, but the best part was it completely eliminated any bloating. Since taking Oxy Powder, I’ve lost like 4lbs. nothin big. But i’ve always been on a strict workout routine. It’s mostly water weight and the toxins that have accumulated in your colon. I just wanted to do it cus their claim of eliminating waste clogging your colon was appealing to me. Just make sure you eat enough and drink lots of water because you basically shit out everything you eat. It’s like it just passes really quickly through your system and your body doesn’t get enough time to digest or absorb any nutrients.
It’s pretty cool too cus whenever you feel like you ate too much, are constipated or feelin bloated like no other, you can take your amount of pills the night before and eliminate it allll the next day.
I love this product because it’s made of all natural ingredients, is fairly cheap and just plain works.
Sorry for the novel, but it helps
From my experience, the best cleanse I ever got was when I used a "green" drink made up of blended broccoli ( I steamed them first so they were soft), celery juice and half an apple. I also drank 10 glasses of water a day.
Colon-cleansing programs disrupt the balance of fluids and electrolytes, causing dehydration and salt depletion. Long-term or excessive cleansing programs can lead to problems such as anemia, malnutrition and heart failure.
Your colon is meant to have a natural balance, like every other part of your body. If you feel it isn’t functioning as it should, increase the amount of raw fibrous vegetables you consume, and drink plenty of filtered water.
The best colon-cleanse on the market is a bag of carrots.
