Does anyone know how harm full/helpful the Master Cleanse is? It’s basically Water, lemon juice, Organic Grade B Maple syrup, and Cayenne pepper or supplements! I know it sounds gross, and it’s not intended for wait-loss, but mainly a colon/intestinal/waste cleanse! My friend said she did it for 3 days (recommended around 10) and she said don’t do it more than five, so that it won’t ruin my metabolism!
I am in my second year of college, and while this semester I have been feeling unhealthy and gross, I got on the scale when I got home and I am 15 pounds more (20 on a bad, bad day)! So I need help! I am SO uncomfortable in my jeans, I want to swear sweats everyday.. (I feel like I have a tire around ear arm, each upper thigh, AND about 7 around my waiste!
I know what you’re going to say, diet and exercise! I am a full time student, and it’s hard to find time when I have to study a lot! Also-bikini season is coming SOON. I have ONLY 42 days until I leave for spring break! I HONESTLY want to lose the 15 pounds. I KNOW, I know that is drastic, but I HAVE TO! I will eat, I will eat healthy, but adjust my body to less calories, and by working out!
Along with telling me your opinion about the Lemonade fast, if you know can you please tell me some foods that you can eat plenty of and it’s healthy? I drive to class each and every day, and it’s around 40 minutes, so coming home for lunch is silly with gas prices and time! What are some things that I can just throw in baggie? I am completely cutting out carbs, I know people need some, but I’ve eated enough for my entire life!
