Evercleanse ….. do i take all 3 together or in a certain order?
I just bought Evercleanse. There are 3 different types of medicine. there is a powder form cleansing formula, a pill form called Replenish, and a bottle of pills that say colon health formula. do i take them all on the first day or do they need to go in a certain order

so i wanna burn 200cals
so ill eat 800cals, and then burn 200, and lose weight!!!!

I’m in Ontario Canada. My son, who is 9 years old, is not overweight, nor is he skinny. He’s a very tall and slightly stocky boy. I need to stress he is NOT overweight so please don’t give me diet advice, or colon cleansing B.S. lol. I’m looking for a store that sells affordable children’s pants in sizes that are NOT plus size but are also not made for stick-children. I have a hard time finding something that is big enough around the waste, and also fits his legs. He usually wears elastic waist, but I’d like to buy him some regular jeans. I’m having a hard time finding a store that has normal sizes. Not all children are stick-thin or overweight. There IS an in between. Help me please. I’m willing to shop online, so if anyone knows of an online store with interesting sizes that would be great. Thanks

well, im 4ft9, and 125lbs, and im 11!!!, my mom signed up 4 yahoo and knows im on here, so please dont say im too young. i checked on my BMI, and it said i was overweight, so please help…..also the BMI said i should be 82-100lbs, so im alot overweight, im aiming for 92lbs, but im gonna start at 95lbs, and see if its not too skinny…..i mean i need excersizes, food, and please no colon cleanse or acie berry, becouse im only 11, and my mom refuses to buy it, until im atleast 13….i want to lose it healthily, because i dont want to gain it back…….i want to lose it in about a month and a half thanks, and please dont be meen.

I’m in this recovery program at the children’s hospital for people with eating disorders, and for dinner tomorrow i’m doing whats called shop-cook where you have to find a recipe, buy the ingredients, cook it, and eat it. The recipe has to have a meat, a grain, a dairy and a fruit or veggie plus a table spoon of added fat (so cooking oil, or salad dressing, or cheese if I’m not using it for my dairy.) Does anybody have any quick healthy recipes like this that I could use?

Btw, the point of shop-cook is NOT to fatten me up so I would rather not have anything with lots of grease and crap like french fries. Just a recipe that follows the food guide. Thanks. =D

Last year, i never get any gifts for her because i had no money. My mom is 53 years old, likes things like massages, colon cleanses, relaxation things, etc. She is always working whenever i call. I’ve got something big coming up (not my waist…) and I need to get slim for it. What is something good to do inside (I can’t go outside (the weather will not permit it), and I don’t have money for a gym) to help me do this.

i always have a problem with not using the bathroom. i tried everything, i bought benefiber, fiber bars, laxative, and now colon cleanse. i started working out two weeks ago and i’ve only went poop like 3 or 4 times. i feel like this is stopping me from losing weight. I have been using these 2 products for 2 weeks now and I have been working out and eating only 1300 calories a day and I have not lost a pound. I don’t no what I am doing wrong or if it is worth continueing these pills. When i bought them it said I would lose up to 7 pounds the first week.

I’m in a contest with my husband. He has always been overweight, and I recently became overweight with the birth of our third child. (all born within a 3-year period.) I’ve been hearing ALOT about various colon cleanse products. Some seem legit others..not so much. Butt ; ) the concept does seem to make alot of sense and is something I’d like to try.
I have a pretty sensible and healthy diet, drink lots of water, exercise butt can’t seem to lose these last few lbs around my stomach. I can honestly say I’ve never been one of those people who "go" everyday but lately I feel rather bloated (look it too) and uncomfortable.
Would something like Activia be just as good to help me "empty out" and possibly lose some of my bloated belly. But I also do really like the idea of ridding myself of toxins…so that’s why I thought a cleanse might be better. I’ve heard alot of good about Colonx by Dr Natura..but again is their one that can be bought @ an actual nutrition store?

Eli..did I not state I already DO have a sensible diet? Better than most as in I drink lots of water, try buying organic products, stay away from hormones or processed foods….you sound a BIT like a bogus poster as in I also stated no one pushing products. Some of thos eso called "free trials" get you sucked into an auto shipment that bill you upwards or or more per month. SO NOT what I’m looking for.

I read about some offer online for a colon cleanse and acai berry that caused weight loss. While I dont want to sign up for something online, I would like to buy these things at GNC or a store similar to that. I am wondering if anyone has any brands they reccomend? Also, does anyone know if this will really do anything? And lastly, is it going to make me poop a lot?

First off i don’t need anyone telling me that this is a scam and It wastes a lot of money, it worked very well for a colleague of mine and I bought it at a health food store. I did not use a credit card 2 purchase it online! Now that is out of the way, I would like to know if anyone else has used these products. On the Label is says I should take 2 of each but I don’t know if I take one in the morning and then in the evening of if I take them all at once? Would appreciate any good advice thank you.

I have a few issues in my gut area: bleeding hemorrhoids, trouble completing urination, and inflammation of my perineum after long periods on my feet. All of these are minor, and for various reasons I want to try OTC options before seeing a doctor. I’m thinking a colon cleanse will help at least the hemorrhoids, but am wondering if anyone can attest to colon cleanses helping any of these.

P.S. I don’t need people telling me I need to get my prostate checked. I know this, but again, I want to try this first.

I Just bought the acai berry tablet from the health food shop and on the bottle it says take 6 tablets a day for optimum results. On the internet all the sites say take 1 in the morning and 1 at night. I have also ordered the colon cleanse injunction with the acai as i would like to lose weight. My second question is has anyone tried this diet and had success? Did you need to exercise, etc to get results or did it do as it claims? Thanks for your help.
