Okay, so I already eat fairly good. No sugar, hardly any processed foods, not too much salt..etc.
But I know that’s important, but I was wondering is there something special you can do to tone up a bit in, oh around 3 weeks? Because I’m going on vacation, and I just want to show some muscle definition.
Okay, so yesterday, I did like an hours worth of machine exercises in my gym. & I did like 15 minutes on my treadmill, and like 5 minutes on the stair master thingy and like forever on the bicycle. Also, I did some lunges, and some unique exercises like stretches and squats etc.
So, all of that put together = like one hour’s worth of exercise.
So, basically I just want to show some muscle definition before 3 weeks. I don’t have any fat or anything, but I want to show muscle definition in my thighs and my stomach.
Okay, that’s about all you need to know, and anyone who post advertisement for anykind of product like "Colon Cleanse" for example, will be blocked. So, don’t waste mine and your time advertising.
Any Top Contributors ? PLEASE HELP! Like I said, I don’t have any fat or anything but I just want "Muscle definition" for the fifth time. LOL, and do you think I’d manage that at the pace I’m going?
& sometimes I play soccer outside. and I JUST started exercising on machines for about 2 days now, but that’s a start eh? Okay, people please answer???
