I’m about to start a colon cleanse using the product Inno cleanse. Has anyone had any success with this product. What about any other colon cleansing products?

As with most infomercials, what they’re saying makes sense, but they also make a lot of claims which are hard to validate and they expect you to take their word for it.

I am taking the internal cleansing product which I purchased from Vitamin World. I have had a constant dull headache for the past 4-5 days, and I’m not sure but the product may be the cause. Does anyone know why? I’d like to hear from anyone who has knowledgeable info. about this or other cleansing products for the body/colon. Has anything worked for you? Much appreciation!

Ok, so Im almost 19 years old, and a bit on the chubby side. I am taking a fitness class in college but I still don’t feel like I have lost any weight, which I guess is understandable because we only have class 2 times a week. Also my stomach is weird because I get full really fast and I get bloated quickly and I build up a lot of gas, and have to use the restroom constantly. Also I get hungry again a little while after eating. I was reading this web page and I came across this web page that talked about doing the Acai Berry Diet with a colon cleansing product, and it sounds great, so i just want to know if it really works. I know that there is no such thing as a miracle pill that makes you loss weight without work, but I want to know if these pills work well and do not harm your body, because I don’t want to take something that will be bad for me.

if so which ones did you also use the colon cleanse products? Do they work? whats the estimated weight loss? How long do you have to take them for? I seen quite a few scammers out there for alot of these products[fake testimonials] [fake blogs] and fake commetns on the blogs to back them up. I have had irregular bowl movements forever now. About 6 months ago I became allergic to milk/ dairy products. I have all the symptoms of someone with VERY serious intestinal parasites.I have no insurance, and cannot go see a doctor. I have tried natural remedies….including the master cleanse. I’ve heard that you should do a colon cleanse 1-2 times per year. About 3-4 years ago the doctor told me I had IBS with constipation, he wanted me to take this powder that was spendy and didn’t do anything. I stopped taking it and just accepted that I was constipated all the time. I would be in extreme pain from it. Well about 7 months ago they found cancer in my dad’s colon. They think they got it all and he has been through chemo. That’s when I realized how important it is that I do something about my IBS and that it wasn’t healthy to be sooo backed up. I started to treat it myself. Eating Fiber One bars, drinking extra water, eating lots more fruit and just eating better in general. This has gotten me to be regular. My thing is if normal people have toxins in their colon and body then I know I have A LOT. If I could go back I wouldn’t have let my IBS get so out of control. Does anybody have any recommendations on Colon Cleanse pills. I’ve been googling it for a few weeks and my head is spinning with all the products and reviews out there!
