spring break is in A MONTH! i am going to FL with 8 of my best friends and need to be skinny! i dont need to lose much.. i just wanna tone up and tighten. i currently work out 4x a week and eat relatively healthy… but am considering doing a colon cleanse? does anyone know if they acctually work? i am in college and live in a dorm so i cant do anything too extreme because i dont even have a sink in my room…

I am going to start dieting & exercising starting this week and i researched colon cleansing and am going to do that to help loose some extra pounds at first and to make me healthier. My question is, what is the correct procedure? I am going to use laxatives (the natural way would take 3 weeks of only drinking liquids and eating NO food).
I am a female who is 5′4 and 130 lbs. I go to the gym regularly and have a healthy lifestyle and eating habits. Due to the fact that I am short and have muscular parents I have big arms (bulky) and large calf’s and tights (bulky) though not fat. It just runs in my family… But I am really trying to figure out how to lose about 10-15lbs without bulking up. I regularly run and do elliptical and take some Pilate’s classes… but still I tend to bulk… I admit I could still do more working out but I do go regularly…
that being said I am on the medicine Accutane for acne and am in my 2nd month and loving the results. Obviously there are a lot of bad things going around about the medicine and that is why I am curious…
Would it be bad to mix the Acai Berry and possibly a Colon Cleanse system with the Accutane? I do not want to upset my body… but I do want to lose weight without bulking up like I tend to do. I am also curious if these products are natural like they say or if they have a lot of chemicals? For I don’t like to put to many chemicals and crazy things into my body.. I don’t even take Tylenol unless I am in dire pain.
I would be open to hear other suggestions but I am not looking to get into any extreme diet due to the fact that I already eat pretty healthy…
So overall I guess my question is How do I lose 10-15 lbs and slim down and NOT bulk up!

I used to weigh 135 pounds last year, now I weigh 124. I am 14 years old, and I stand at 5′3. I want to lose about 10 more pounds. I want to start a permanent healthy lifestyle and maintain a weight of about 115. Any ideas for my diet? When I say diet, I don’t mean like a fad diet, I mean what kind of healthy foods I should eat for my meals. I am aware of the 5-6 small meals a day and I do currently skip lunch and breakfast, which I know is bad, but I never really have the time, but I am going to change that starting tomorrow. ok so i used to be balemic, but i stopped and i tried eating healthy and exersizing and getting a fast metabolism. but i just got suuuper bloated all the time and i could never poop! so im thinking of doing the colon cleanse or harcore calorie counting cause any other way im not losing any weight. annnny tips??

I am 19 years of age and I am curious if my liver or any body part would be in harm if I keep taking these pills. I don’t take any prescription meds, instead I take natural over the counter products. They are:
2 GNC multivitamin pills (which it recommends two a day)
3 milk Thistle Caps(Since I worry that I take too much pills lol)
15 Fiber Pills from Metamucil (which they say is recommended on the bottle)
1200 mg Sam-e for my bipolar (natural antidepressant)
3 Fish oil tablets that are 1,000mg (I usually take this since its good for heart health)
2 Colon Cleanse tablets once every two months
2.5 Mg Melatonin for insomnia
Calcium/Magnesium for insomnia which is 500 mg daily
1 Super B-Bomplex from Nature Made
5 Cinnamon Pills that are 500 mg
2 Apple Cidar Vinegar tablets that are 600 mg each
Is this bad? Could I do this my whole life or? Any help would be great. Thank you.

I need to lose between 40-60 pounds. I would like to lose at least 20 by Feb or March. What are the best ways to to lose weight? I’m already eating healthy and I’m working on trying to burn at least 500 calories a day. But are there ways to lose weight quickly (I’m not asking to lose 10 pounds in a week) but to lose more than 2-3 pounds a week. I’ve tried colon cleanses and things like that but that just gets rid of the water weight and then it comes back in like 3 days. Do you know what I mean. Hopefully this isn’t confusing. I just wants something that will help me lose weight a little faster but not get rid of and then have it come back. I have struggled with weight almost all of my life and I have had really really hard times trying to lose the weight. I’ve been on and off diets for years and I have never really lost weight, I have only gained or maintained. Or I have lost 5-12 pounds but then gained it back. Ps. I don’t have access to any gyms or fitness equipment. I do have two 3 pound weights and one 5 pound weight but that is it. I don’t really feel like exercising outside right now, because it has been really cold and rainy the last several weeks.
thanks every one! My Brother did get a wii a few weeks ago so I have been using that too. What I have been doing for the last week or so is: I’ll play wii tennis while my brother does sit-ups, pushups, whatever. And we will do that for about 5 minutes then we just switch back and forth for about 30-45 minutes. Also when I do play the wii (we only have wii sports right now: Tennis, baseball, golf, bowling, boxing) I usually jump while I’m playing it. Trying to burn a few extra calories. I do know that I got a Wii fit and the Wii fit plus for Christmas I just won’t get it till christmas day. So I know that will help. One other thing I failed to mention was to ask, What is the best way to get rid of the fat around my middle. That really is the only place that I am carrying the fat. I literally look like I’m a fairly skinny girl who is about 7 months pregnant. Seriously, it just looks like I’m pregnant which I’m not. So what are the best exercises to tone my tummy?

I dont know why, but in the past year or so ive noticed the odour of my farts getting progressively worse to the point that they are grossing even me out. My diet hasnt really changed at all, i take centrum vitamins and ISO weigh protein shakes after working out. I would say im quite healthy, and my diet is fairly good. Is this a sign im unhealthy? Or possibly need a colon cleanse or something?
I went to the doctor twice and have been referred to go see a G.I. twice. It has been confirmed that I have no jaundice. However, the yellow in my eyes annoying, and I wasn’t born with my eyes yellow, they were white before. I have understood that the yellowing of the eyes is a sign that there is a byproduct of red blood cells, which are now waste and stored in the liver; thus, this waste is cause of yellow skin, yellow eyes. I have no yellow skin, but yes yellow eyes. I am now considering trying a Detox product(one from GNC) for the cleansing of my colon/liver. I have been eating some unhealthy stuff for about a while(too much coffee cake in 1 sitting(about 10 servings), too much chocolate, sugar, brownies, processed foods(lean cuisine, hot pockets), fast food, peanut butter, etc). Another thing about my eating habit is I don’t really check for the expiration date, but most of the coffee cake I eat tastes the same any way even when the date states expired. So for the last couple of months I have been experiencing digestion problems. At first I suffered from constipation along with excessive bloating. It eventually went away after taking natural colon cleansing pills. Everything was going fine I felt like it my stomach was slowly regulating. I started taking vitamins as well and after a week or so stopped because I felt pains in my stomach. I had never experienced any trouble with vitamins and I found them easy to take. I took them with food but after a week or I started having stomach pains and my stomach was bloated and hard. I stopped taking any kind of pill and it helped, but my stomach would still hurt and bloat up even if I hadn’t eaten. Up to now I can not take my multivitamins or any kind of pills because it bloats up the lower part of my stomach and I will experience pain and constipation. Even when I don’t take any pills I wake up with the lower part of my stomach bloated until I have a bowel movement, and depending on the size of it that’s how much the my bloating will go away. I eat healthy and don’t eat greasy foods. I went to the doctor and they told me I might have IBS but that my symptoms are a little uncommon for IBS. They gave me medication and since its pills my stomach bloats up. Can anyone help me? I feel like something else is wrong and it has to do more with my digestion and my intestines.
Hi, if I am working out, eating healthier and trying to loose weight(20lbs, I am 140) while also gaining lean muscle by drinking Whey Protein, is it okay to also take my Colon cleanse pills which I was planning on starting tomorrow, or will taking those pills completely defeat the purpose of drinking the Whey Protein?
