i remember my aunt telling me about going 7 days without anything except this drink she made, i think it was water, honey, cayenne pepper, and something else, anyway, you’re supposed to have nothing but that for 7 days, then after that, drink some water with salt and go poop a lot.

Okay so I want my intestines cleaned out! I had a bad case of food poisining, and have had constipation in the past…but there’s so much out there…I can’t tell the difference between these cleanses?
so I heard about the salt flush…but do you basically just drink salt water and eat normally?
any advice would be great thanks!

I am looking for something I can do at home for a colon cleanse. I have done the lemonade diet before but I can no longer have any sugar.. something that will be no longer than three days and fairly cheap. I am on a pretty strict diet as I am having the lap band done next month. I think this is just one step closer to attaining my goal has a healthy person.

My aunt is from Belize and she would do this home remedy that was incredible. She would boil down a Seena leaf into a tea. Once you drink this, OMG it was one heck of of a colon cleanser, it hit in about a 1/2 hour ut it also didn’t cramp you and did its cleansing job. The diffrence with the Seena leaf then other natural laxatives was the next day you would have the energy of ten maybe twenty men. Only problem is I have lost contact with my aunt. Let me know if you have any ideas.

I’m wondering if it’s safe for a sixteen year old to try the colon cleanse.
I’ve done research on how it works but I’m still not sure if it’s safe. I’ve been -ahem-…. holding in gas a lot and I’ve always had these bloated feelings. It’s really uncomfortable to have that "full" feeling.
What are some home remedies? How long should a colon cleanse last? If there are any suggestions, please answer <3
Thanks

I’ve had a "broken" bowel since I was about 6 years old. I’ve been to doctors time and time again, and they just send me home saying I’m constipated. I only have bowel movements maybe twice a month, if I’m lucky. I can’t see a gastroenterologist without a referral, and I can’t get a referral because none of the doctors think anything is wrong with me. I’ve not had regular bowel movements for 19 years, I know that’s not constipation. So, my question is: Does anyone have any home remedies that will drastically cleanse my colon that require seeing a doctor???? (Since they aren’t helping me anyway). One more thing…laxatives don’t work. I’ve tried EVERYTHING that I can think of. So ANY help at all will be GREATLY appreciated!! Thanks in advance!
((I’ve even tried the enemas..those are only a quick fix…and even then it doesn’t seem to do much at all..)

Is it okay for a 16 year old to try a colon cleanse, preferably the Master Cleanse?
I was really disgusted to hear that an average person holds around 5 lbs of junk in their colon and that's probably the reason why I always feel bloated. If a colon cleanse is recommended, what are some home remedies? How long should the cleanse last?
Thanks !

I just received a paper on unhealthy colons. That doctors finally discovered the real cause of 90% of all diseases. It is unhealthy colons. The Natural Medicine Association have come up with a cure and to get rid of the parasites that may and are living in our colons. The program they have is so costly at the start of .95.
I was wondering if there is anyone out there who knows a cheaper way to cleanse the human body of parasites?
The symptoms are…
Constipation or diarrhea, chronic yeast infections, chronic fungus on hand/toe nails or nails become brittle or lost their luster.
Getting sick or catching colds often, weight problems or rapid weight gain, acne, skin disorders,or skin dry or pal, mood swings or depression, premenstrual syndrome more intensified, low sex drive, lack of concentration, short term memory problems ,sleeping problems, being easily prone to diseases, frequent headaches, chronic urinary tract irritation/infections, arthritic bone pains, allergies, gas,ex….
Why don't someone just put dewormer for humans on the market? They found it simple to for animals..why not humans?

I was told that you can do a colon, kidney, and bladder cleansing by doing this two day diet. Day 1 8am drink 16 oz organic apple cier vinegar and then every two hours drink 8oz of it with your last drink being at 8 pm(no food). Day 2 8am drink 8oz and then every two hours drink 8oz with you last drink being at 6pm. Then at 8 pm mix 4tbs of olive oil and 8oz organic orange juice and drink.
Has anyone ever heard of this or does anyone know any other home remedies for colon cleasing (without enemas)?

Im looking for a way to colon cleanse without paying for an expensive program with tons of pills. Im sure there has to be a homeopathic approach. Using items you usually keep around the house or can purchase at Walmart or a grocer. Please help if you know or direct me to a free website. Thank you so much, Chaz C

I am looking for a home remedy for colon cleansing. I have started eating healthy, exercising, and drinking lots of water. I would like to jump-start my new habits by doing a colon cleanse. I am not interested in buying some fad. I would like to do it naturally. I have been looking online at several different options. What i want to know is…
How did you do it?
Did you lose weight?
Did you feel beter afterward?
Thanks,
April
