I have been trying to lose weight, I’m doing good so far, Someone told me i should use colon cleanser to clear all the old foods in my body?
I am willing to try this; but what is the best one?
& how should I do it? I don’t wanna use it to fast so i won’t gain back all the pounds.
Also, colon cancer runs in my family serverly, so by doing this can it help prevent it?

I run every day but I hate it. It’s the ultimate proof of the set point because I run 9.6 miles a day, don’t overeat or eat much in the way of fattening foods and yet I never lose more than the same 7 pounds. I’ve been running for decades and it’s never done anything for me other than maintain my weight.
Endorphins are a farce also. At best all they can do is keep you going but in no way comfortably without pain in the heels of your feet (plantar fascitis) and excruciating boredom. An Ipod doesn’t help because it’s in your ears too long and gives you a headache and it keeps falling off your pants waist. It doesn’t stay secure…Thoughts on how this proves that Nature is brutal and that we’re all under the stupid notion that Nature intends to heal us and give our bodies stabilizers. If I don’t run I gain weight exponentially and can easily balloon to 250 but I’m livid that I don’t get down to 180 from such strenuous running every day. I stay at a ridiculously high 194 running 9.6 miles a day and watching what I eat…. Don’t you colon cleansing nuts dare answer this question hawking your websites!!
I’m bored with you saying you love running. What are you, an impala? It’s not normal for people to love running.

I gave birth to my second child in June of 2007. Throughout the whole pregnancy I was constipated. I still feel that way. The second part to the question is….I have worked my butt off. I have done diet after diet and I have been working out and I can’t lose the weight. Will a colon cleansing help me lose some of the weight and help me to not feel so constipated. And does anyone have any good ideas on how to lose weight even though I have tried really hard. Please help me!

My friend and I are having a debate about colon cleansing. He says that everyone should have it done and it’s necessary for optimal health. I say that it’s not necessary, but only optional. I think that the authors of those books and the creators of these colon cleansing programs are just trying to find a way to take advantage of and make money off of people who don’t know enough about the human body and how it works. What are the pros and cons of a colon cleansing? Is it really necessary?

I’ve been a very unhealthy eater all of my life…it was passed down from my grandmother to mom to me, and I fear I’m passing it to my 6 year old son. Is there a way to change my eating habits, or a particular "diet" to follow that will basically help me make the switch to a healthier lifestyle? I feel like my body needs a detox, and I’m not necessarily talking about a colon cleanse, but a nutritional detox. I’ve got no idea where, or how, to start. Is there anyone out there that can give me some advice?? Thanks so much for your time!!

my friend and i are thinking about doing the master cleanse together over spring break (due to possible body odor— ew.), and i have a few questions.
1. COLON CLEANSE
do you HAVE to do colon cleanses and use laxatives while doing this? it seems unpleasant, and since this is the first time we are doing this, we aren’t going to try to do it all, we’re just trying it out. is the colon cleanse absolutely necessary? we’re not super set on getting all of the toxins out. (not to mention the fact that my mom isn’t super happy about me doing this at all, if she found out i was using laxatives, she would freak.)
so could we just drink the drink and do fine?
2. BODY MODS
i have read personal accounts of the cleanse, and a few of them experienced piercing rejection. these weren’t fresh piercings.
i am in the process of stretching my ear piercings. will they get infected/reject?
thanks for any advice you might have!!!
(i’m not looking for a lecture about how supposedly bad it is for you, i want actual personal advice from people have done this cleanse.)

With all the programs on the television telling us to do a colon cleanse daily, do you think it pays a part in our dispositions and how we react to people in general?
What do you think?
How do you fell when you are constipated? Do you fly off the handle more easily when you just feel over loaded?

I had an all natural colon cleanse pill. Really an all natural ‘laxative’ My mom can take these things every other day to at a time and it doest bother her! Me, was like an exlax. I took one thursday night at around 7pm. Friday morning at 11 is when it hit me. It lasted for an hour and was very awful and painful.
Im starting to feel the same cramping again tonight, is it just coinicdence and bad indegestian or is the colon cleansing still going? I havent gone anymore today but now about six hours after i ate dinner my lower stomachs starting to cramp again. My mother said the pills out of my system but its hard t believe her when she also said it would be gentle on me.

I have an event I need to lose my tummy for. I know colon cleansing is not "necessary" but I want to know when to do it if I want the weight off/flat tummy for Saturday?
I KNOW they don’t work long term.. i just thought if I did one on Friday then on Saturday my stomach would look better. But I would like to do it Thursday and didn’t know if it would be back in 1 day or 2. Please don’t give me opinions on if you think it’s right or not. This is a one time thing.

So I heard that cleansing your colon is one of the best ways to lose weight along with a healthy diet and exercise. What is the best way to do this?

Am seeing more and more about this…does it work? What time of the day should you use it? How long does it take to work on you. What happens to you when you use colon cleansing stuff? Is it fluid, pills? Just curious…Thanks!

Okay, so I’m thinking about doing this to help with gas and other intestinal problems, but I’m reading descriptions about it, but they all seem like a fancy laxative to me. Are they really effective, or are they just laxatives with fancy labeling?
Also, I’m curious about how this stuff works with women when they’re on their cycle. Most of them are about a month long, so it would inevitably intercede with my cycle and I’m wondering how the two go together (if you get my drift).
If this doesn’t make any sense just drop me a line, but any suggestions or help here would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I’ve got a bit hard inside feeling bump popped out from nowhere in no time about 2 weeks ago, my urine tests came out negative and still having normal period even less than normal.
Is it possible that full of stool in my colon can cause me a big hard bump and slight cramp for nearly 3 weeks now, even the last time I had normal stool was 2 days ago. I have had constipation, I usually pooped everyday but due to the stress and late sleeping, I guess, they made my bowel system all messed up now.
- Does big belly from full of stoll make me look like 3 months preggo?
- What is the best colon cleansing out there in the market which isn’t expensive but very effective to clear all the stool?
- When you don’t poop for days/weeks, how would you feel with your stomach? Feeling like you drink lotsss of water and uncomfortable?
- What else could cause big bloating belly WITH NO gas for 3 weeks?
- What’s the difference between preggo’s bump and problem with bowel system’s bump? I mean physically and the feeling.

Starting tomorrow I’m going on a 10 day water fast to clean out my system. On the 11th day I’m going to do the salt water colon cleanse. Does anyone know a way that I can break the fast on about the 12th day without gaining weight back? Or by gaining very little of the weight back?

I’ve heard that you can have like 20 pounds of waste stuck in your intensines and that a colon cleanse will get it all out of you and you’d instantly drop the weight. Is that true? Are there any negative side effects of it?

I have head something about places you can go for a week or so and get colon cleansing done. Sort of like being at a spa. Anyone ever heard of this, and if so, where can I find one?

i’ve been constipated for over a week and i’m having really bad stomach pains. i’ve been taking laxatives for the past few days but they aren’t helping that much. i’ve had a little diarrhea because of them, but it’s not enough. sometimes it’s almost impossible to walk it hurts so bad. i’ve already taken two laxatives today (bisacodyl 5 mg), my third day trying, but it’s too early to tell if they’ll actually work this time. so i was going to do a natural colon cleanse tonight as well. is this too much? what should i do?!?!
the pains i’m talking about aren’t caused by the laxatives, since the pains were way worse before i started taking them. and even though it’s been well over a week, i have had some diarrhea which means there isn’t a complete block, right? meaning it’s maybe not that serious?

For a while now I’ve been feeling very run down and have been rapidly gaining weight. I’m fourteen.
Should I do the colon cleanse? If so, some more information on product suggestions would be greatly appreciated. (:
