i’m doing it just to reset my body on the other hand, she is doing it to lose some weight pretty overweight. i was hoping to maybe teach her some of the exercises i do to stay in shape but i wasnt sure if you were supposed to exercise on this cleans/fast.

all we can have is water for 5 days (and the fiber powder/pills)
