CHEAPER COLON CLEANSE I HAVE FOUND FOR EVERYONE!!!?
What You Will Need: This is just about one month's supply. It will cost you between –
depending where you buy it and the amount you buy.
1. Psyllium husk
This can be generic or the name brand Metamucilâ
…read the labels, it’s all the same stuff.
2. Digestive Enzymes
This promotes good bacteria in your colon as you
are releasing all the sludge. There are only a handful
of digestive enzymes that exists. If you get the multi-
enzyme bottle, you should cover them all.
3. Laxative Herbal Tea (with Senna)
A tea called “Smooth Move” is a popular one. It
doesn’t really matter what name brand you get, just
make sure it has “senna” in it.
4. Water
You will need to drink lots of water.
Instructions:
**IMPORTANT! You must drink a minimum of 2 quarts of water throughout the day. The fiber needs water to
move. Not drinking enough water can result in dehydration and/or constipation.***
PLAN A-
Most people are fine with staying on Plan A for the whole cleanse. I would only suggest gradually moving
onto Plan B if, after a couple weeks, if you aren’t having much results.
Morning: 2 heaping teaspoons of the Psyllium husk powder mixed with water.
Afternoon: 2-3 digestive enzyme pills.
Night time (just before bed): Steep *Tea (with Senna) for 15 minutes and drink.
*Warning, this tea can cause diarrhea. However, this usually doesn’t happen as the Psyllium powder, already
in your body (which is thick) counter acts this. The tea is like the “power” (gets your intestines ‘squeezing”)
and the Psyllium powder is like the “roto-rooter“.
PLAN B –
Morning: 2 heaping teaspoons of the Psyllium husk powder.
Afternoon: 2 – 3 digestive enzyme pills.
Evening: 2 heaping teaspoons of Psyllium husk powder.
Night time (just before bed): Steep Senna *Tea for 15 minutes and drink
What to Expect
**Results will vary! These are just typical results many people experience.
-By Day 2 you may wake up experiencing some mild to moderate cramping early in the morning. This is a
result of Senna tea you drank the night before, pushing the fiber (you drank previous morning) through your
system. Shortly after, you may feel an “urgency” to get to a bathroom. Typically, your feces will be very
“fluffy” and a lot of it. This routine will continue throughout the cleanse with the exception of maybe increasing
the number of times you have bowel movements.
Tip! “Bathroom emergencies” usually subside as you go more days into the cleanse and your system
becomes use to the it.
-The First Week you may pass worms such as pin worms (that look like small white threads) and round type
worms (that resemble rice). Also, you may experience feeling like you have a touch of the flu (nausea, body
aches, headache, low energy). If you still feel these symptoms after Day 8 I would suggest STOPPING the
cleanse. Most people experience feeling MORE energy by Day 7.
-After a few days you may experience rubbery, beef like poop that can range from grey in color to yellow to
brown. Some people have this only a few times during the cleanse while others experience it more.
Maintenance Cleansing
One last note, I've been asked how frequently to cleanse? Personally, I start up the colon cleanse whenever I
start to feel that sluggishness…you know where you feel the need to nap everyday at 3:00 regardless of how
much sleep you got? When I start feeling like a slug, I figure it's time to clean out the sludge. It
usually takes about 2-3 days into the cleanse and my energy level starts coming back….and the naps go
away. This is the biggest selling point for me that this really works! I usually only go for about one week for
these "maintenance" cleansing, then I'm fine for about 2 months.
