colon cleanse??

what is a good colon cleanse that actually works? i know that there is like a hollywood 15 day detox and like 100 of others …. ?? help

if u wanna use them to loose weight, they DONT help, i was told this by my doctor (after having spent like $300 on the damn thing) and let me tell u i had the runs for like one month and all i lost was like 3lbs! hope this helps!
There are ALOT of products at a pharmacy. A pharmacist would be able to recommend something that works best for you. There are enemas and magnesium citrate (not together). Both of those would work. There are kits that you can buy at pharmacies.They are gentle and reliable. Some of these things are used for a colonoscopy so I know they work. Don’t try Hollywood or other fad products they are not proven and could be unsafe.
