colon cleansing crystals?

they were talking about it on the radio and my nana heard it and ordered
some for me, so i want to know who has done colon cleansers or detox things? what effects it has on you? what it causes? what kind of like stuff? like do you get sick all the time? and throw up of go to the bathroom a lot or what?

Hi, I’ve never heard of crystals, but I have done cleanses before, typically, you just go to the bathroom a lot….. There definitely shouldn’t be any throwing up or anything unusual,not really even any queasiness. You might have less energy at first, but soon after that, you could well have a lot MORE energy than usual….either way, I really don’t think it’ll be nearly as bad as you seem to think it will….Good luck !!!!!

The best way to cleanse your colon is to take a dump. Those colon cleansing pills, crystals, etc are all just bogus junk designed to alleviate people of the horrors of overstuffed wallets.
