do these workout supplements work?
im trying to lose the weight on my stomache and get ripped.im thinking of trying a couple of workout supplements. i read an article that said all hollywood stars like hugh jack did this to get ripped for x-men wolverine. it said to take primaforce after breakfast, acai advanced after lunch, and colon cleanse after dinner. i was wondering if took those, would they work. also is it safe to combine the 3???

None of these will be of any use if your diet sucks! Your diet needs to be well balanced between carbs, proteins and healthy fats for every meal you consume. You also need to exercise to loose body fat. No pill will burn belly fat. It takes you to watch your diet, train hard and rest. Over time and with the correct diet and exercise plan, the body fat will come off your stomach to reveal your abs. When working out and dieting (not starving by the way) to burn fat, your body decides where to take the fat off to use as fuel, not a pill.

its cheap and use it once a day you that will get rid of your stomach.. after that lift.. dumbbells work triceps and biceps in different days you should also do pull up like this

see how the guys hands are those will work your shoulders and back.. not your arms are set next do more ab rooler to get abs and do push ups to give yourself the chest line… now just eat/drink protein for more mass.. thats what im working on now.. im very cut but skinny lol good luck
Acai advanced is a joke.
If you eat right, you wont need a supplement. Eat a grilled chicken breast or a can of tuna before each workout and you’ll have great, pure energy without the additives.
If you are trying to get ripped like that- only consume egg whites, grilled chicken/turkey breast, water, raw vegetables, walnuts or almonds unsalted, and other foods that are full of protein and no fat. Avoid anything white including breads, sugars (anything with sugars in them), salt, pastas, sauces, cheeses, creams, etc.
