Do you know how to cleanse colon without having a medical surgery?

I have heard doctors helping colon cleansing thorough some medical treatment / surgery. Do you know any way how to cleanse colon with some natural products?

Most importantly, what reason do you feel the need to cleanse your colon? Anything you hear in an infomercial about it improving your health is going to be a lot of "junk science." Colon cleanse is great for people who are serious about feeling healthier and losing weight.
try drinking mineral oil
Drink alot of water and eat water based foods (watermelon, salad, vegetables, fish) and keep to a well balanced diet. You only need to cleanse your colon if you have a medical difficulty, not if you are constipated for example.
Drug stores sell enema’s if it is urgent. Otherwise use common laxatives recommended by your pharmacist. And as others have stated , drink and eat water based foods. Avoid constipates such as bananas and cheese.
If you are not better within three days , go to the hospital / doctor.
After you are cleaned out , use a high fiber diet including natural laxatives such as prunes. Avoid junk food like potato chips and thick dairy products and stop eating just before bed time as food just sits in the stomach undigested and turns into fat.
Finally , exercise daily. If you do these things you will feel better and it will last , providing there is nothing seriously wrong with you
The one that works the best for me is this stuff called bowtrol colon cleanse. Although to be honest I haven’t used any other products so I can’t really compare them to others. I can only tell you about my experience using this one.
I’ve been using it about 3 times a year (once a quarter) and it really helps clean up my system. I think of it like a neti pot for my system (btw – if you suffer from allergies I also HIGHLY recommend using neti pot).
From what I’ve learned and experienced, doing the colon cleansing helps get rid of the toxins that build up in your body. It’s kinda like hitting the reset button on your digestive system.
