ive never heard of that cleansing system but i have been to a spa and payed 100 dollars or so for a 2 week cleansing program. yea it helps a lot! the trick is just sticking with the healthy habits after the cleansing is done. it does help you lose a little weight because all of that horrible stuff is being washed out of your system and honestly you feel sooo much better! just overall. So good luck with that cleansing is great for your body!
