help me lose 45lbs please!?
okay, i am 11 years old
125lbs
wanna be:85lbs
i am 5′ tall:)
i wanna lose it in 3-4 months
my dad lives in florida, now every 3 months,i am going down with him,for a week:)
but, he lives next to the beach
and i will then be 12 years old, and i wanna wear a cute 2-piece bathing suit, and look cute,thin,petite,athletic,a tiny bit muscular,and thin in it:_)
please no acie berry,colon cleanse,or products
i need a everyday diet,and excersize plan

oh and 10lbs out of my boobs
15 out of my love handles
20lbs in my tummy
15 in each leg
and 5-10lbs in each arm

Okay, firstly – you are 11 years old, you are a perfectly normal and healthy weight. You should NOT be dieting.
Secondly, even for a grown woman of 5ft, 85lbs is not a healthy weight. It is underweight.
My advice to you is to eat sensibly. You should not be worrying about your weight – it is totally normal. Being underweight can be dangerous, and I’m sure your Dad would rather see you happy and healthy than dangerously thin.
I can’t believe some morons here are trying to tell you how yo lose weight. It’s ridiculous. You can still wear a 2 piece, but you should not be dieting.
Be smart, kid.

Well, try bike riding as an example, it helps you burn off calories and makes your legs VERY strong, im skinny and im telling you from running and biking REALLY paid off from 5.4 – 12 miles a day (really sounds crazy but it works!) i have really muscular legs, all from that. now, don’t forgot to do stuff like…push-ups (to work the muscles) pull ups (gain some strength) all sorts of exercises and EAT VERY HEALTHY. trust me. It really pays off with how fast you lose weight. follow exercise pyramids and food pyramids. Oh yeah by the way, you lose weight when you burn more calories than you consume. Just try to cut off hydrogenated vegetable oils (trans fats) and partially hydrogenated

well i was 70 when i was 11, and about 80 when i was middle-12.
im 102 now. and depending on if you started your period or not. thats how much you should be losing. which i have started my period. You should join some intense sports. do a couple sport camps, (( those are suppper workouts) do crunches,push up each day for 10 minutes. and EAT HEALTHY! thats a huge factor and weight, so layy off the fastfood/junkfood. and your just a little chubby-chunky-fat. as long as you dont have a large belly you shouldnt look too bad.
Please darling…don’t try to get to 85lbs. It’s unhealthy…
Most of the photo’s in the magazines are photo shopped to slim down the people in them.
At 12 years old should just worry about having fun and seeing old friends and spending time w/ the family. You can still wear a two piece. I’m sure you are fabulous.
If you want to lose weight which at your age it’s probably mostly muscle (so that’s where 125 lbs comes in) I think you’re perfect.
Be healthy and run and do your PE exercises. No junk food…McD’s is junk food. Except for their salads.
85 pounds less will have you looking like Lindsey Lohan on rehab seriously try loosing at leats 25 pounds by 1 month
