I am a vegetarian. Yesterday I had 5 ounces of almonds and an ounce of pistachios in the morning.
For breakfast, I had a fat free yogurt, mix berries and a banana.
Lunch I ate one steamed sweet potato.
Dinner, I had a bowl of red bean soup and some veggies.

I feel like I agained so much weight~
Will taking colon cleansing pills help to flush those fat out of my system faster? preventing me gaining all that fat?
