to use a colon cleanse product while taking pain medication? Please help! I will answer yours too!

Well just an FYI here but colon cleanse products are nothing but pure bunk, a myth and a scam to get your money. All they will do is give you diarrhea and cramps. If you want to cleanse your colon eat plain yogurt and lots of fiber and drink plenty of H2O this will keep your colon as healthy as it needs to be. And yes it could affect your colons ability to absorb the pain meds because when you have the runs it means your colon isn’t absorbing all of the water and nutrients out of what you’ve eaten. So lay off the colon cleanse and eat a bran muffin if you feel like your colon needs some help. Plus bran,water, and yogurt have no effect on pain meds.
