Lose weight fast and easy. Lose 30 pounds in 3 months?
Im 13 and i weigh 189 pounds. i need to lose 30 pounds by may. im not going to use acai berry,colon cleansers or pills. Im doing this the old fashion way. I need tip sites or some homeade colon cleanses that will help. also i only own a treadmill and a exercise bike so any schedules to do on those would be awesome. best answer get 10 points

30 lbs in 3 months. Easy. Eat 1800 calories a day. Cut back on sweets, get the fruits, veg and Dairy in. Drink 80oz water everyday. Get 30 min of cardio per day (140 BPM). Do weight resistance every third day. The pounds will melt off.
When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.

start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

You don’t have to lost that much just cut out: foods which are high in fat and cabs no soda and exercise, no binge eating and eat a lot of vegetables.
start jogging daily, skip a meal if possible, drink as water to substitute your hunger and to filter your stomach. you’ll be fine in May, and have a better health.
don’t eat so much
Eliminate sugar & starches – no sodas, juices, cookies, cakes, etc. Eat sufficient protein & good fats & lots of green vegs & limit complex carbs. Exercising consistently every day is more important than anything.
