if i rode a stationary bike, for 1 hour to 3 hours a day. 3 days a week.
and going friends place , maybe playing frisbee or riding bike for 20minutes.
at the same time doing atkins diet *Dont eat carbohydrates because my body will burn fat after it burns carbohydrates for energy, the less carbs the more fat burns*
btw i am a male, and i am not grossly over weight, i just have a little bit of flab on my chest, FACE. and stomache. i am 17 years old. so will doing those things . help me lose facial fat because i have great cheek bones and chisseled jaw line, so will it help my face become more beautifuly chisseled. *Aswell with age. i used to be fat during school but i lost alot of weight when i turned 17* so will i lose more baby fat or whatever it is. with age? and grow taller?

You’re wasting time & money with the Atkins diet. All you gotta do is dump the junk food, fast food garbage & sugary sweet soda’s. Get on a good, healthy, balanced diet including plenty of boiled or steamed vegetables. Drink lots of water, fruit juices & fat free milk to help keep the traffic flowing. Make sure you eat a good, balanced breakfast daily. You get your energy for the day from your breakfast meal. Get up one hour early every morning & take a BRISK 30 minute walk – then – do the same thing again in the evening after dinner. Start working in sit ups – push ups – pull ups & skipping rope.
These will help you tone up that baby fat – but nothing will make you grow taller. What you see – is what you get. You started out by saying ‘IF’ I rode a stationary bike, etc., etc. etc. which tells me you haven’t even started doing anything about your concerns yet. It aint gonna happen, Bubba – if you don’t make a commitment to YOURSELF to make improvements. To reach your goals, you must be dedicated, determined & disciplined – or you can just forget it. You cannot ‘play’ at it & expect results – or – do it ‘when you feel like it.’ GIT R DONE!
This will definitely help towards you weight loss. However, be careful about the diets because they can be misleading. At the worst a diet will make your body lose all of it’s fluids and not the fat at all. I suggest the best way too lose that weight would be to eat always have a big breakfast so you don’t get picky throughout the day, have lots of fruit and vegetables and try to spread the exercise out during the week (30 -60mins a day).
First of all, be careful of Atkins diet. As soon as you eat carbs your body will store it as it knows its not going to get any more and will turn this to fat.
If you do go riding do not go full pace as this wastes ATP-CP stores and then creates lactic acid and then burns fat. This is really a waste of time if you are looking to lose weight.
So the best way is a slow jog like pace on a bike, maybe a little faster, as this will burn more fat as you will be using your aerobic system which relys on fat stores.
You will lose fat stores from where ever your body can find, so even on your face.
Hope this all makes sense and you follow it so you can lose that little bit of weight.
Weight lose is all about burning more than you take in. It does not matter what diet you are on just as long as you burn off more than you consume you will start to see results. I would suggest spreading your workout through out the week. Riding bike or a nice jog for 30-60min a day on top of any of those activities you do with your friends should be more than enough to start dropping the pounds. But don’t get discouraged if you step on the scale and not notice any lose in pounds. Body fat can take up 4 times as much space as lean muscle. More you workout the more muscle you build. So as long as you notice that your pants are starting to slip down your ass then you know that baby fat is getting burnt.
