Anyways, im 13 (almost 14) and am 210 pounds…
I want to lose weight (the healthy way)
So, my mom told me that if i go at it REALLY hard that i will just burn muscle away and get weaker.
IS this true?
And the doctor told me part of my problem is i dont eat ENOUGH.
Says it slows my metabolism.
ANYWAYS!
a few questions-
What speed is best on the tredmill
How long should i be running on the tredmill per session
How many tredmill sessions should i have per day
what other workouts should i put in?
Im sort of limited with school and all.
And, if you can, or have the time,
it would be greatly appreciated for a whole workout schedule of when the best time to do it is and all that.
Thanks, Feel free to add other information that i didnt ask for, i just jogged for an hour, my mind is a bit blurred right now.
