omg okay soo i need some opinions on my weight and everything .?
im 5′7 i weigh 154 pounds
ughh ! im on a diet right now . im eating right and excersising atleast 35 minutes a day monday-friday. i picked up some weight over 2009 i used to weigh 137 and now im 154. i would like to lose some weight but i dont wanna look limp and super skinny i like having my ass and hips(: lol here are my measurements 36b/c – 32"- 39" . what do you think ? im also wondering if colon cleansing works and makes you shed some pounds? like the colonix ? any tips or opinions?

When you eat,get half the amount of your normal amount,get small amounts on your fork and chew slowly(till it is just mush,this way you actually taste your food instead of swallowing it),and put your fork down every three bites,this is the method that the women from"How French Women Don’t Get Fat"and I recommend reading it cuz she has some great tips.If you drink green tea,take fish oil(pills or liquid),and drink acai juice(or in pills) will help you loose weight.Try to eat 3 small meals and 2 small snacks a day and if you go to grab something from the fridge for a snack be sure it’s healthy,cakes and chips can be up to 200 calories when you can have a banana for 107 or an egg for 75.If you start to get hungry when you’re not supposed to eat,do something to get your mind off of it,it’s hard for the 1st week or 2 but you get used to it.
For exercise I recommend and hour a day since you are a teenager,you can do 30 min. in the morning and the same in the evening,try to get as much exercise as possible.
If you gain muscle it will burn calories in your sleep and squats are GREAT for building muscle,check out The Daily Fit on youtube and do the rainy day legs workout,your legs will be so sore!Hope this helps you in your weight loss goals!
