I came across this article online about only eating half of what you wanted and melting away–getting down to almost 100 pounds.

She said she put on 30 pounds and lost more than that by the end of the year. What would you estimate that she weighed before? How long would it take to get down to 110 pounds (I am 142 now) if I only ate half, and exercised ALOT (burned 2000+ cals each day)?
IF YOU PLAN ON TELLING ME THAT THIS IS UNHEALTHY, YOU AE WASTING TIME; JUST DON’T POST ANYTHING :)
All I want to know is how long it would take me to get down to 110 or 105 by doing what I listed above.
In addition, I will also take Safflower Oil pills (proven to melt 4.2 pounds in 4 months), take Apple Cider Vinegar shots (3, 1 tbs shots a day) and take Super Colon Cleanse pills.
NO SUGGESTIONS ON ACAI BErrY!!!
Please help!!! I’m a ballet dancer and must lose very quickly I start classes in a few months!!!

Why the heck would I end up possibly more heavy than when I started.
