proper diet for cleansing the body and resetting the digestive system?

What types of foods should someone looking to reset their digestive system eat. My girlfriends stomach seems to produce to much acid, and thus results in her stomach being sore. What would you recomend diet wise? or in general if you have anything else to help.

Get some all natural apple juice, not he clear stuff it's made from concentrate. Drink 8 oz. every hour starting at 8:00am until 8:00 at night and no other food. Do this for 2 days on the morning of the 3rd day just have a light broth and then start eating healthy foods like fresh fruits and vegetables. Absolutely no sodas or white foods especially sugar. Eat plenty of fish and cut back on the diary in case she is lactose intolerant. Good luck
i would recomend flushing her system drinking alot of water one day and not much food, and sitting in a hot tub for 2-3 hours thats what i did
There's a product called detox-7, it's a week long detox plan, you just take the pills, mix the powders, and drink the amount of water you should for a week, evens everything out, It made my gas not smell, and occur less often.
