I was wondering how to do a full body cleanse. I bought some Oxy Powder for my colon; a dry skin brush and some Aztec clay and apple cider vinegar for a full body clay mask for my skin; and some detox foot pads to wear at night. I’m going to eat only fruit and veggies for about 2 weeks and than 2 weeks on juice followed by 1 week of pure water. What other products should I use to cleanse?
But what about cleansing for other things such as my kidneys, liver/gallbladder, and for candida, and parasites? Should I do this during my fasting/ colon detox or wait a few weeks in between. And what products to use?

I’m exercising doing Insanity workouts, & eating healthy, more fruits & vegetables as well as taking greens powder and a good natural multivitamin daily, I’m also taking psyllium husks, & aloe vera, to clean my colon. (for about a week) How long will it take to detox, or be toxin free, I’m 25 and have had Candida for a few years. I’m also starting a candida diet (again) & natural anti candida remedies: coconut oil, garlic, oregon oil, etc.
(I sweat a lot when I workout & drink plenty of water)

My question is if they have the same ingredients do they work the same way? Will The green tea pill clean my colon and should I take both? The ingredients in the green tea are as follows: Di calcium phosphate, micro crystalline callulose, caramel, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropylmethyclcellouse and magnesium sillcate.
the ingredients in the colon cleanser are as follows: Whey, silica, croscarmellouse sodium, stearic acid, magnesium stearate.
Should I take both or not?
well i have candida and was told a probiotic and colon cleanse is what i needed to cure it. so i’m just wondering if i should take both pills or not i don’t want to get some serious diarrhea

I have tried the dual action cleanse and it worked very well.
I’m ready for another cleanse kit and wanted to get the opinion of others.
Colon, candida, whole body etc.
Thanks

Lol…gruesome question, I know… I am asking because I’m about to go on this diet and it’s highly suggestive that I do a full body (liver, Candida, colon, heavy metal) cleanse but I’m reeeeeeeeeeeeally apprehensive about it. If anyone out there has done any of these please share your experience!

I am having issues with acne. My friend is also an herbalist and has been at it for 27 years. She got me some Yellow Dock and Dandelion Root tablets. She also has me taking Chaste Tree Berry drops (2-3 per day) and I am using an oatmeal scrub on my face. I have been doing this about a week. Nothing new, am I just being impatient? How long does a blood cleanse take? I thought I'd be clean by now, geesh, I've done 2 candida cleanses, 2 colon cleanses, a liver cleanse, and a kidney cleanse- all in the past 8 months. I eat healthy MOST of the time (organic foods, good choices), excercise very regularly, and drink my water.
My friend was highly concerned that my problem may be hormonal. I used to have some reign over the acne when I was on birth control pills. Then I learned how BAD the pills were for me, so I stopped. Now my blemishes are back! I get it along my jawline, on my chest, and up the length of my back. Does this sound hormonal to you? Androgen imbalance?
Any help
Thanks
Opus> You aren't widowmaker, so you aren't an herbalist. HE will know exactly what I'm talking about when I say birth control pills are "bad for me". Prescription drugs are horrible for the body, and yes I prefer herbal remedies! Most all of the ones I've tried have worked, I'm just stuggling with finding the right one for acne. I'd rather be drug-free and have healthy internal female organs than be on birth control pills for something like acne. Guess what? I think you're rude. Your choice, your problem.

hello,
i am almost 19 years old and i am thinking of doing a colon, liver and candida yeast cleanse. does anyone know if there is a minimal/suitable age you should be to do all of these cleanses? is it a good idea to do even if i don't show the symptoms of someone who needs the cleanse and i adhere to a diet rich in fibre?

Yes, it is! Here's how you do it (keeping in mind that this cannot, legally, be taken as medical advice since only a medical doctor can prescribe such a thing):
Natural, organic raw foods. Make sure the meat you eat is free range, organic, and without any preservatives.
Astaxanthin. 16-20mg per day, or to bowel tolerance.
High amounts of calcium, potassium, boron, and magnesium. Coral calcium is good for this.
Vitamin C to bowel tolerance.
Do all the cleanses (kidney, liver, colon, parasites, candida, heavy metal, full body fat cleanse)
There you have it. If you have receding gums, you can now shock your dentist in just a few months or even weeks.
Keep in mind that the body has the ability to repair itself. It can reverse any degenerative disease if we just give it the nutrients it needs and get rid of the stuff it doesn't like (toxins). You'd be amazed at how powerful the body is at repairing itself.
And yes, I meant reverse. Gum tissue can grow back.

Please do not recommend colon cleanses or herbal remedies, they don't work for me, I have tried them ALL. I have tried all the special diets too.I have had this problem for 17 years and it is in the colon / upper intestine.I have had 2 colonoscopies in the last 3 years. They saw nothing weird, but you cannot detect candida that way, or so I have heard. I do not have vaginal yeast infections ironically, probably because my urine is super acidic, but I see symptoms all throughout my body in the last year that the yeast has infiltrated my system. I have read The Yeast Syndrome by Towbridge and done extensive research, but I think the best answers come from others who have used medicines themselves.I have used the highest level probiotics that helped, but did not resolve it. I know of Nystatin and Fluconazole, but have yet to try. Need a recommend.Oh and my doctor(s) do not believe in this particular strain of candida and do not want to prescribe anything due to the cost of it. Nice huh?
Thanks for the answers so far, but I am NOT guessing anything. I was diagnosed 8 years ago as having this and lost my health insurance right after that, so I had no continuing treatment. My current doctors don't want to deal with it due to cost and their beliefs and changing doctor's is not easy as I am not on insurance even now. Also taking any type of active probiotic is a waste of time until the Candida is killed off. My original doctor way back told me that and all the medical websites confirm it. You are wasting your money buying or taking anything to balance the intestines until the die off happens from the drug treatments. The Candida will just kill off the healthy bacteria as it is so much stronger. It appears that Diflucan is the one to use at this time. And the book The Yeast Syndrome was written by an expert in the field. I have had this for 17 years and have researched it extensively, I wanted a drug answer as specified in the original question, nothing else.

What is the best at home treatment for sinus post nasal drip and infection? The doctors don't seem to help me.
I get such bad post nasal sinus drainage that I get so sick I can't hardly function. I get nautious, my stomach hurts, etc. My head gets pressure, my head gets very hot. I get chilled easily. I get some drainage to the ears and my ears and eyes get a bit goofy. The drainage tastes bad. I have tried antibiotics, sprays, been to an allergy doctor had a CT Scan done a few years ago. I have been trying nasal washes and some other at home things. I just started XClear wash. I even did a candida herbal treatment for colon cleansing for awhile.
Either I am a seriously big wimp or this just really sucks! I missed two weeks of work in August. I cannot miss work right now in tax season!!!
The link didn't work.
Yes I had allergy tests done last year but they didn't prove beneficial.
Is it normal to get them this often?
I have heard that sinus surgery is typically not helpful. The nurse that did my CT Scan of my sinuses said she had the surgery and it didn't do anything for her. She blamed it on where we live, etc.

LOOK…. I have had allergy tests done about a year ago but nothing came up I guess. I am much much more sensitive to smells than I use to be! magic markers make me feel sick and perfumes I don't wear anymore.
yes I drink a lot of herbal teas… we moved into a new house a month before all this started

So heres a little background… I realized I probably have a problem with Candida (yeast) overgrowth due to antiobiotic use a while back, sinus infections, and a diet full of dairy, meat, and processed foods instead of fruits and vegetables (and low fiber).
Before I started any type of treatment for this, my “stools” were irregular, maybe 2 times in 3 days, and I would often either be constipated or have really loose, smelly diahrrea (sorry).
I first started on the Candida Diet and only ate berries, meat, vegetables, and everything else in extreme moderation (except for some alcohol on the weekends). I then started using Candida Clear by NOW, its a blend of potent anti-fungal herbs which got pretty good reviews. I started taking this to help with the Candida, and thought I would also do a colon cleanse concurrently to make sure there wasnt some kind of blockage making my candida worse. I used Oxy-Powder, which uses ozone (oxygen) to cleanse the digestive system. I think my bowels might really be screwed up though, because when I took the recomended dose (4) I didnt get much results. Once I upped it to 8 pills, I got the effects I had expected but while it said to expect 3 bowel movements a day, I still only got 1 or 2. I also take Dr. Ohhira’s probiotics to help replenish the good baceria. Together, this approach led me to lose a lot of waterweight and my acne got MUCH better over a week or two.
After doing this for a while I decided to use a psyllium (fiber) based colon cleanser to see if it would work better than the oxy-powder. I am still taking Candida-fighting pills but now taking psyllium twice a day. I expected this to increase my bowel movements and maybe even pull out a few “ropes” like you see from Colonix (psyllium is the main ingredient in the system). None of this has happened – since I started taking the psyllium I have felt bloated around my midsection and clogged up. I’ve gone back to only having bowel movements of about 2 in 3 days.
Now my main question is: could the candida be why I am so clogged up? Could it be from eating too much meats? What should I do now? I just want to clear out my gut, and now I’m afraid the psyllium I thought would help is lodged in there and might not come out… what supplements could help?

I would seriously like to do whole-body cleanses but supplements are expensive and I don't really trust a lot that ar on the market today? Does anyone know of natural ways to do candida and colon cleanses?
