if i rode a stationary bike, for 1 hour to 3 hours a day. 3 days a week.
and going friends place , maybe playing frisbee or riding bike for 20minutes.
at the same time doing atkins diet *Dont eat carbohydrates because my body will burn fat after it burns carbohydrates for energy, the less carbs the more fat burns*

btw i am a male, and i am not grossly over weight, i just have a little bit of flab on my chest, FACE. and stomache. i am 17 years old. so will doing those things . help me lose facial fat because i have great cheek bones and chisseled jaw line, so will it help my face become more beautifuly chisseled. *Aswell with age. i used to be fat during school but i lost alot of weight when i turned 17* so will i lose more baby fat or whatever it is. with age? and grow taller?

Ok these 3 pills keep showing up and im reading reviews and I’ll see a lot of good reviews and then I’ll also see negative reviews so I dont know. For one I dont have a big appetite in the first place so if its only gonna reduce my appetite that doesnt help but I will be back on my 1200cal when I start taking this (haha its the holidays im waiting til after the holiday to start up eating right again its just asking for failure to start the day b4 christmas with all the good food out there but anyways yea) I will also be working out but it would help if it gave me the energy to workout and also had some fat burning things to speed metabolism and curve cravings (cuz I crave carbs and sweets like crazy but what can I say im a 16yr old female). I know diet pills are useless if u sit on ur butt all day and expect them to work I want them to accompany my diet and excercise and hopefully help me to stay on track. More along the lines of clinicallix cuz I heard phentermine d only works for a few weeks and is highly addictive. As for lipfuze havn’t looked into reviews but on so many sites its in the tops.So anyone tried phentermine d, clinicallix or lipofuze? acai berry and colon cleanse?

i have gained some unwanted weight and am looking to lose around 15 pounds over the next three months. i work out on a daily basis, switching from upper and lower body, and cardio, every other day. i also stay away from carbs and drink lots of water. mostly i eat scrambled eggs, fruit, salad, and grilled chicken breasts. i have just begun taking an acai berry and colon cleanse product i purchased at the local CVS pharmacy, and i was wondering if these products along with my exercise and diet will help me lose the weight i need to lose by August? what exactly does the acai and colon cleanse do? and how long after i start taking them should i see results?

Okay, so I know that this is for questions, but many people ask questions and say that they don't care if it is unhealthy, but they need a way to lose weight. Well, this is not to promote unhealthy weightloss, but rather to explain what I found to be both easy and effective. I lost 20 lbs in less than two weeks. Here is how I did it.

Every morning I waited about an hour after I woke up and ate a bowl of semi-healthy cereal. (usually frosted mini wheats) I only ate one serving, according to the box, each morning. I believe it was 3/4 cup.
(I usually wake up around 7:30 a.m. and eat around 8:30)

With the milk left from my cereal, I took 3 generic brand FiberLax (Laxatives). Though laxatives do not stop your body from absorbing fat, calories, or carbs as many people believe, they do allow the food to pass more quickly and not leave you with a full tummy (or colon).

*It is important to cleanse your body. There are colon cleansers which are more healthy than laxatives, but laxatives are more effective for weight loss. Studies have shown that humans who do not cleanse carry an average of 5-9 lbs of unwanted waste in their colons.

The next part was what really made this work for me. Every time I felt hungry (I know this sounds crazy and silly, but it worked) I brushed my teeth, or if I had more frequent cravings I brushed my tongue or used mouthwash so as not to damage my teeth by overbrushing. This made it so that the food would taste gross, as it always does after brushing your teeth. After the initial craving goes away, it usually doesn't come back for a while.
It also helped me not drink unhealthy drinks. I usually drink a lot of diet pepsi, which really is less healthy than regular pepsi. However, with the toothpaste taste in my mouth, water sounded mighty delicious!

I continued this and did not eat again until around 6:00 p.m. At that time, I had a bowl of soup or a piece of veggie lasagna (my boyfriend is a chef =] ). After dinner, I had a small snack on occasion. I usually had another bowl of cereal.. I'm a cereal addict!!

I usually drank about one diet pepsi per day and water the rest of the day. If my stomach became upset or felt hunger pains (which of course it did because my body is used to having 3-4 pretty big meals, which was cut down to 2 small meals), I drank a tablespoon of extra light olive oil or ate a tablespoon of sugar. This was enough to make my stomach settle. Also, I made sure to only do that once each day. If the hunger pains don't subside then I suggest eating something small and healthy, but really only if you are in pain! Don't use it as an excuse to cheat!

This was really all I had to do. I am not a very active person, so no extensive exercise was involved.. just the usual walking from one room to another and of course at work.

I only recommend this for people who are looking to lose weight fast, but can maintain the weight after. Taking laxatives and eating very little is very unhealthy if it is long term. Only start this diet if you know you can stop. It should not continue more than two weeks, and I am by no means saying that it is healthy or the proper way to lose weight. I guess I have to add in that if you are hungry every five minutes, you should not brush your teeth every time. Overbrushing your teeth can make you lose enamel, whose sole purpose is to protect your teeth.

This can be a simple way to lose weight before a reunion or other big event. It can also be a good way to lose unwanted pounds fast so that you can use your own willpower to keep it off, like I am doing.

To "Wantoutofmarriage": I did not go back to my overindulging and terrible eating habits. However, I did not continue the diet or the only eating two tiny meals per day. I now follow the normal healthy means of maintaining/losing weight. I eat 5-6 small healthier meals per day, and still drink all water and skim/2% milk except one or two diet pepsis or glasses of juice per day. I only used this diet to lose the weight. Once it is gone, it will be easy for me to keep it off. I just had trouble losing it.

To "…" You are correct that your way is the most healthy way; however, this is for people who want to lose the lbs fast and then use your way to keep it off. I am sorry that it is disgusting to you. My sincere apologies.
