i’ve been trying to lose weight for a really really long time know (about 3 years) and nothing seems to work. i’m not expecting to lose 40 lbs in 10 days, although that would be nice, and they have a free trial for the acai berry and colon cleanse things that expires tomorrow so i thought that i might try it because the reviews all seem good. ai still am going to run 10-12 miles a day and do my other workout and eat healthy like i do know but since nothing seems to be working to help me lose weight and i really do i think i’m going to try this. but i was wondering has anybody done it? how did it work for you? also is their a special time i should start this like when i have a few days off from school?
i really am not accepcting to lose 40 lbs in 10 days i know thats unrealistic. but i have tried working out and eating right for the past 3 years, i even went on weight watchers last year when i was 14 for months and all i lost was 10 pounds.
trust me i don’t eat to much. i only eat one meal a day and have either diet coke for lunch, nothing, or carrots. i know soda isnt good so i’m trying to cut back on that

I went to the doctor twice and have been referred to go see a G.I. twice. It has been confirmed that I have no jaundice. However, the yellow in my eyes annoying, and I wasn’t born with my eyes yellow, they were white before. I have understood that the yellowing of the eyes is a sign that there is a byproduct of red blood cells, which are now waste and stored in the liver; thus, this waste is cause of yellow skin, yellow eyes. I have no yellow skin, but yes yellow eyes. I am now considering trying a Detox product(one from GNC) for the cleansing of my colon/liver. I have been eating some unhealthy stuff for about a while(too much coffee cake in 1 sitting(about 10 servings), too much chocolate, sugar, brownies, processed foods(lean cuisine, hot pockets), fast food, peanut butter, etc). Another thing about my eating habit is I don’t really check for the expiration date, but most of the coffee cake I eat tastes the same any way even when the date states expired. I am considering having a new life style that includes carrots and fresh food. In conclusion, is it safe and highly recommended for a detox product?

okay so I am 14 years old and am recovering anorexia. My stomach is always bloated, cramps, gas, constipation and or really loose stools, the white mucus stuff in my stools(srry for being kind a graphic).
I eat the
Kashi high protein/fiber cereal almost 2-3 times a day,
Kashi Truly Vanilla Oatmeal,
broccoli,
apples,
oranges,
bananas,
Stonyfield Fruit at the Bottom yogurt(fat free),
Whole Wheat breads, quesadillas,etc,
pinapples
brown rice
carrots
green beans
corn
baked beans(and other types of beans)
organic vegetable soup or black bean(with corn)
fat free vanilla soy milk
sweet potatoes
I DO NOT drink soda, eat butter, and am a vegetarian.
My mom is lactose intolerant, could that be what causes my symptoms or IBS??
I also have been drinking the chocolate ensure shake in the morning(after my daily oatmeal) to help me gain some weight(since I am recovering anorexia), is that bad to drink??
I know I need to gain weight, but my stomach is always bloated and it makes me feel fat(even though I only weigh 83 lbs and am 5ft 1in).
What should I eliminate or add to my diet to help my bloating and such?? Please don't leave those colon cleanse or tea adveritsments, because I can't try that.. I'm only 14….
PLEASE ANSWER THIS!! I NEED HELP!
