I have been trying to lose weight, I’m doing good so far, Someone told me i should use colon cleanser to clear all the old foods in my body?

I am willing to try this; but what is the best one?

& how should I do it? I don’t wanna use it to fast so i won’t gain back all the pounds.

Also, colon cancer runs in my family serverly, so by doing this can it help prevent it?

I just got off of a 10 day colon cleanser, about 4 days ago. I was wondering if there is a waiting period. I plan on the diet for 14 days. I just want to know if its safe to go on it after already have doing a colon cleanser, that did not work.

Hi, I’ve made a new years resolution to lose weight and have heard that colon cleansers can help in losing weight. Does anybody know whether this is true, and if so, what is a good colon cleanser you can maybe recommend me to try? It seems there are so many different ones out there and I don’t want to waste my time and money with anything that doesn’t work.

My aunt is from Belize and she would do this home remedy that was incredible. She would boil down a Seena leaf into a tea. Once you drink this, OMG it was one heck of of a colon cleanser, it hit in about a 1/2 hour ut it also didn’t cramp you and did its cleansing job. The diffrence with the Seena leaf then other natural laxatives was the next day you would have the energy of ten maybe twenty men. Only problem is I have lost contact with my aunt. Let me know if you have any ideas.

I ask because I realized that Winter Solstice was approaching, and I recalled a woman who came into a store I was working at looking for a colon cleanser to celebrate Spring Solstice. Seemed like an interesting idea, to cleanse one’s body…but seemed also like this was the first time it dawned on her. I wished her a happy Solstice and was forever interested.

Has anyone used a colon cleanser that didn’t cause cramping or loose bm’s? I see stuff advertized, but there are not any that I recognize at the store. I’ve been ill for a long time now. I’ve been to the doctor….they were no help!! I’m just wondering if it’s because my colon needs cleansing?

How much aloe should I be drinking and for how long before I switch to milk thistle? Then how long for that?

i got the product called total cleanse i believe it is a colon cleanser but i was wondering if i will have to go to the bathroom a lot and have stomach aches?

I was wondering if anyone has been using Dr Floras Colon Cleanser that comes in a powder form. It says to mix it with water or juice, but I have found that unless the water or juice is somewhat warm it doesnt gel into the liquid all that well. I was wondering if anyone knows if I could make a shake out of it; say I add milk the powder and like chocolate milk mix powder (for flavor) into a blender, would that be ok?

I’m taking 3 different dietary supplements . 1 is a acai berry pill that is supposed to detox you and stuff , the second is Nature Colon cleanse that’s for cleaning the colon ,3rd is one that is like the colon cleanser but has chai in it and supposed to give you energy and stuff . I’m taking all 3 at once and I want to know if its all right . The pills are all organic no chemicals in it just all stuff you can get in plants and fruit .

I found out that the acai berry isn’t a colon cleaner it doesn’t make you goto the bathroom and the 3rd pill i’m taking is supposed to help with food portioning .

Last month I weighted 163….now I am 187. This sounds impossible to me. I have tried everything to lose weight but nothing seems to be working. i am about to start using the colon cleanser "total cleanse" and also use acai berry 500 at the same time, the one that was on oprah show, and ive heard from many people that it is a good thing to use. The thing is i was wondering how often the colon cleanser will make me have to go to the bathroom, im in highschool so i want to try and avoid that, and after school i have swim practice so does anyone know how many times i should expect to be going??

I have used a colon cleanser in the past, I lost 14 lbs. on top of the fact my skin cleared and my body felt refreshed. Yet the cleanser I used was only for 4 wks which was not bad at all.
