I was wondering how to do a full body cleanse. I bought some Oxy Powder for my colon; a dry skin brush and some Aztec clay and apple cider vinegar for a full body clay mask for my skin; and some detox foot pads to wear at night. I’m going to eat only fruit and veggies for about 2 weeks and than 2 weeks on juice followed by 1 week of pure water. What other products should I use to cleanse?
But what about cleansing for other things such as my kidneys, liver/gallbladder, and for candida, and parasites? Should I do this during my fasting/ colon detox or wait a few weeks in between. And what products to use?

Has anyone tried official cleanse for colon detox? Does it work or is it a scam?

I’m trying to gather all the information about colon detox which I intend to perform some time soon; and I would like to include a parasite cleanse, although I think I don’t have that problem, just to complement the colon cleanse. I have searched the internet about this issue and I have found a lot of information about it to the point that I am confused. There are many remedies, but I would like to know, out of your own experience, which one worked well for you that you would recommend or which one did not work, that will be also good to know.
I will carefully study your suggestions and experiences to determine the best one, I’ll be searching until I get well informed on the subject.
I’ll appreciate your experience and suggestions.

A lady ‘friend’ of mine was chatting with me and asked if I could help her to lose 35 pounds. I said "You’re not going to like the answer." She says, "I can do anything I set my mind to, you know that!" "Okay," I tell her: "You stop eating meat, dairy and animal by-products including butter; no starches, processed sugar and NO fast food. You begin a vegan diet, starting with a total-body cleanse fasting for two days, taking natural liver and colon detox pills and drinking lots of water. Then you eat a macrobiotic diet for two weeks; in the meantime you workout according to a chart I’ll make up for you and I guarantee you’ll lose the 35 pounds and replace it with lean muscle within 8 weeks." That was the last I heard from her and that was 2 weeks ago!
She knows my approach works because my ‘ex’ followed the same training schedule…
Joe, that’s like wiening off smoking a butt at a time. Just do it!
J’Adore, she never bothered to get the info from me, so I doubt it….her loss! Or ‘gain’, I should say! lol

I am doing a detox diet that consists of limiting some foods, lemon water, detoxifying tea once daily and a colon detox pill each day. How long should I do this diet?
This is my first time to do a detox diet and I have been doing it for three days so far. I'm used to eating pretty healthy and organic, so my only side effects have been a little bit of an acne outbreak and my breath is a little more foul in the mornings than it usually is.
Also, what should I do after I have cleansed the colon? Is it okay to start doing the detox baths at that point or should I take a rest?

I am a 17 year old male, 6'0, 136 pounds. I've eaten a lot of junk/fried foods in my life and lately felt very sluggish and seem to always be tired. I have already been checked for limes disease so thats not it. My friend and i have already gone out and bought GNC's Preventive Nutrition Cleanse and i'm beginning to feel that this could do more damage than it can do good for my body. What are the pro's and cons of colon detox/cleansing for a boy my age, is it a good idea?

I have heard the cleansing you colon can help with natural weight loss and is just over all healthy. Most sites that offer colon detox’s look very corny and fake. I don’t want to buy one. I would like to know if I can do this at home on my own. Or are there any that actually work?
Thank you for your help.
