well,im 125-130lbs right now:(
i reaally wanna get down to 80-85lbs(BMI said it was a healthy weight)
my doctor said i needed to lose weight!!!!
i am 11 years old(please dont say thats too young to lose weight,i still will:)
and im only 5′ tall:(
the reason i wanna lose this weigth is cus im going to tje beach in 3 months,and i wanna atleast lose 35lbs:)
and then keep going until i lose 45lbs
and no i dont wanna become/look anorexic
i dont just wanna be skin and bones,i want small muscles(not huge bulky muscles:)
please,help,i need diets,excersizes,and tips:)

im 11 years old, and, well, i am:
125lbs
5′ tall
wanna be 85lbs
well, we just got cheerleading tryouts
i made it, but, my coach said i needed to be atleast 90lbs or less:(
i am aiming for 85lbs, becus its just 5 lbs lower than 90:)
well, my moms a nurse, and 125lbs, and 5’6:(
i told her my diet, and she said she wasnt letting me go lower than 800clas a day!!!!
so, i am going on a fruit,veggie,and liquid diet:)
i cheer 3 hours a day, not including small excersizes i do in the morning(well, im gonna start doing that)
so i wanna burn 200cals
so ill eat 800cals, and then burn 200, and lose weight!!!!
well, i dunno wat 2 eat?
please help me!!!!

listen, im also going to florida in may,or april…and my mom said she would not buy me a 2-piece unless i lost atleast 20lbs:)
