well, on the front page that was about a year ago and i have a small frame but need to lose weigth
i want to lose atleast 35lbs, my doctor said i am overweight, and need to lose weight by my next visit:3 months from now
so, i need a few routines
since im 11, he recomended NOT useing colon cleanse, ar acie berry, or any product…this was a month ago…i made it a new years resolution to lose 35lbs
i wont be underweight at all
my BMI said it was overweight
i do have a small frame i wear a 14slim in kids
and an extra large shirts
i want to get to a 10/12 in pants
and a x-tra small in shirts
ive been trying for a month but theres no changes
please dont deliberately make fun of my weight

i need smaller boobs
ive always been thin until last year
