Acai berries and colon cleanse?

im a 14 year old who wants to lose weight in about 2 and half to 3 months, i started dieting and excersing but i dont think that i’ll lose alot of weigt by then!!!
where can i get acai berries from
and is colon cleanse like a pill???
cause my parents are totally against anything that looks like a pill
if i just take acai berries
would that still help me???

Is colon cleansing safe for teens?

I am 15 years old and really feel that cleansing my colon would be good for my health. Also, how do you ask your parents for it? I have lost about 10 lbs so my parents constantly worry about my weight and I don’t want them to think it is because I want to lose more.

Well, i’m 14, and i used to eat really bad – fastfood was literally all I ate. I got fat, then i got eating disorders. and now i’m fairly healthy though. But lately i’ve been eating a little bad, (like fast food a little more than usual, and chocolate [not a lot, but usually I restrict those, but since i'm getting better i'm okay with eating that] but it’s making my skin break out really bad. *MY SKIN BREAKS OUT REALLY EASILY.

Anyway, what can I do to cleanse out all the bad stuff and sort of start over.

Besides buying colon cleansing stuff, lol, and other things. Also, i wouldn’t be able to fast more than a day because my parents would notice and worry, so I don’t think water diets would work for a long time. But if I just drank water for a day, would that help a little?

What do you suggest?

So I’m 16 years old, and about..163 pounds..BUT I am losing weight..And i’ll get right into that. I went in for a physical a month ago, but I began dieting before then..But the doctor advises me to lose weight..
So here’s the deal…Since a month ago, I’ve been off sugar..I got off sugar completely. And I feel so much better then I did when I drank about a coke everyday..So I’ve been doing good..And the only meal I eat is dinner. Yes, It’s unhealthy but..I’m not that much of an eater..And I never have time to eat breakfast or lunch..But I DO have time to snack..So, also a month ago, I laid off fattening foods..Like chips, or..Anything, really..I’ve been snacking on mandarins, and celery only..

But here’s the problem..EXERCISE..I’m always too exhausted from school to get any exercise…And it’s not because my life is hectic..It’s actually simple, besides always feeling lonely..The daytime just makes me feel tired..I used to exercise daily, and I had that going for 4 weeks…What i’d do is sit ups, and i’d lift a 10 pound weight, along with 5 pound weights for each hand. My parents call me lazy for not exercising..

I’m a little lazy, but..Really, the thing that makes me stop is…It’s so routine..I hate doing the same thing over and over again, I get bored..I need to stay stimulated, you know? Doing the same things everydays just so boring for me..I can’t join any gyms because we don’t have the money..My mom and I have been to numerous gyms..The YMCA messed up my leg..And any other gyms were just..Complex..We have to get 20 dollar a month memberships, I have to pick my own schedule, I have to pick out a class to be in, my personal trainer..And, it was just too much..All I want to do is go there, and exercise..That’s it.

So we gave up on the gym..I tried running..I love running, but..I have to admit, this is sort of a dangerous neighborhood..Back when I was younger, I could walk everyday and not have a problem..But now? Everytime I go out for a walk, I eventually run into some creep who starts bullying me. And I don’t know whats wrong with the neighbors 3 blocks away from us..One day I’m out on a walk, and one of the guys who live there is standing in the front yard looking at me..and for some reason, he f**king growls at me…And his kids are just messed up..I’ve seen his kids(or maybe it was another friend) ride through the streets on a harley davidson,while the kid in the back held a cricket bat, and swung it at people..

So forget that. What can I do to exercise, without becoming bored? My main goal is to lose the fat in my stomach area.. Does anyone have any good ideas? Maybe some therapeutic exercises that you yourself use when you work out?

Also, to you spammers out there..No, I don’t want lipo-suction, colon cleansing. I’ve tried slimquick, i’ve tried the Acai berry. Stop spamming me. I don’t care.
Also, for drinks..I RARELY drink diet coke, but I always drink water, and carbonated water like Crystal Geyser..Carbonation is just something I need..It’s the same way with champagne..
Also, I should mention this..Though it takes months to lose weight, I get very bored,and..When I don’t see results the next day or something, and then I proceed to do the same thing the next day..I get very bored, and I lose interest.

You know, the one form Oprah and Dr. Oz, and where ever else its shown up at. I want to know a few things;
1. Does it actually work?
2. I never actually read the articles, but I caught wind that it is bad for long term use. True or false?
3. Is it okay to use to jump start a diet? I read, I believe it was a News 6 article, of a woman who lost 25 pounds in 4 weeks. If it can do that, then that’s just the motivation I need. After the 25 pounds, I’ll be off it and on to the normal healthy stuff like I want.
4. Where can I find it without ordering it online? Come on, I’m 18, I’m at my last year in high school, I still live with my parents (who are a few of the last people I want to know what I’m trying to do) and I don’t exactly have a bank account or whatever. BUT I do have a job, lol. So, would the products be easy to find in a store? Like, there’s one in the mall full of weird health supplements and stuff. Maybe?
5. What exactly is the RIGHT products for this? I’ve heard of ColoClean, Colon Cleanse, Acai Fit, Acai… something I can’t remember. What EXACTLY is the right products for this new hype?

Mind you, if it is actually unhealthy for long term uses, I just need the 25 in 4 and I’m calling it quits for sure. Even if it was okay for long term use, I’d still call it quits. So, no speeches and lectures are nessecary. Pleeeease ^-^

I am a female who is 5’4 and 130 lbs. I go to the gym regularly and have a healthy lifestyle and eating habits. Due to the fact that I am short and have muscular parents I have big arms (bulky) and large calf’s and tights (bulky) though not fat. It just runs in my family… But I am really trying to figure out how to lose about 10-15lbs without bulking up. I regularly run and do elliptical and take some Pilate’s classes… but still I tend to bulk… I admit I could still do more working out but I do go regularly…

that being said I am on the medicine Accutane for acne and am in my 2nd month and loving the results. Obviously there are a lot of bad things going around about the medicine and that is why I am curious…

Would it be bad to mix the Acai Berry and possibly a Colon Cleanse system with the Accutane? I do not want to upset my body… but I do want to lose weight without bulking up like I tend to do. I am also curious if these products are natural like they say or if they have a lot of chemicals? For I don’t like to put to many chemicals and crazy things into my body.. I don’t even take Tylenol unless I am in dire pain.

I would be open to hear other suggestions but I am not looking to get into any extreme diet due to the fact that I already eat pretty healthy…

So overall I guess my question is How do I lose 10-15 lbs and slim down and NOT bulk up!

Prune juice and colon cleanse?

I’ve heard about colon cleanses, especially the lemonade cleanse, and to be honest, I really do think its true. It’s just that, when I asked my doctor, he said he had never heard of colon cleanses.

My parents are skeptical and I’ve been really frustrated lately. I have a really slow bowel movement and when I DO go, I feel like there is still more to pass. I always feel full and bloated and its so uncomfortable.

I’ve been drinking prune juice but am not sure which one is more effective – hot or cold? Does it really help constipastion?. Does anyone have any opinions on the Master Cleanse and any suggestions to solve my problem, besides eating more fibre and fruits? =\

How can I quickly drop dress sizes?

Im 15, about 5ft8, size 14 (UK) and just over 11st. Dieting and exercise doesn’t seem to lower my weight at all and eating junk food and being lazy doesn’t make it go up. I’m stuck as a size 14 and I want to shed some inches quickly because its prom soon. I’d love to be a size 6, but realistically I’d like to get to size 10 within the next 4 months. I really need help because diets and exercise don’t seem to work for me, and I can’t order amazing products like Acai and Colon Cleanse because I’m 15 and my parents will not let me. I really need some suggestions on how to shed inches, and maybe get a little tone. Weight I’m not so bothered about, because I’m quite strong so I assume that under my excess weight I have some muscle.

Hi, I’m a 16 year old boy. I’m 5’8 and weigh 165.3 pounds(us). I am really trying to lose weight and I’m walking 25k a week. I have stopped eating white carbohydrates and I’m eating less. But I still think I look huge! My parents say I look fine and I shouldn’t worry about it, but I do! I’m going to Egypt in four months and really would like to lose 20 or so pounds and see the difference. Any suggestions how.
And please; no advertising "colon cleanse diet supplement" or "weight loss for dummies" etc.

Need to lose weight and build muscle.?

I am 225 lbs and I’m 5 ft 11in. I have been fat and made fun of since age 5, I am now not even 16. I need to lose weight and if I don’t find a solution soon, I am considering anorexic practices as they seem to be effective. I want to build muscle as well. Can someone please help me control my appetite. All I do is eat, I can’t stop myself. I need some help. And of course my parents make it even harder by not taking me to a nutritionist. I have no support on this but myself. I can’t choose to eat healthy because my Mom dont cook healthy and she don’t care if I ask her not too, its only about what my Dad wants for dinner. I do try to substitute water for food, but I am unsuccessful. I probably drink more water than anyone I know. I have cases of water in my room. Please help. I hope maybe I can grow taller to look less fat. Ive tried hoodia, acai berry, tonalin cla, green tea extract, and much more. It looks like I will not lose weight by using a supplement. I am currently taking these daily: tonalin cla, DHA (to enhance thinking), Multivitamins, colon cleanse, I have been taking these for a month with not a pound dropped. Do the vitamins or the DHA fish oil hurt my chances of losing weight? Anyone know something to help? Thanks

I can't find a straight answer for this. I have read sites that don't exactly say to use an enema for colon cleansing, like the master cleanse, it just requires the drinking of saline wash, and other forumes say that you should do an enema at least once a day for the first few days of fasting. I don't know if I even want to perform this, plus I don't money to buy all this crap that the sites say to buy because I have no job and I am a little embarased trying to ask one of my parents to purchase the needed equipment to perform an enema. Who can answer this question? Do I need to perform an enema during a juice fast?

how can I lose 15 pounds by christmas?

Im 5’7″, 135 lb. And im 16 years old. Since january I’ve lost around 25-30 pounds. But lately I haven’t been able to lose anymore. I really want to lose 15 more pounds by christmas, and I want to tone my stomach/ love handles as well. I kno you can’t spot reduce weight or whatever, so im willing to do whatever I have to to lose a bit more. I eat pretty healthy, I don’t really eat sweets or junk, I like cereal in the mornings, I eat a lot of tuna and sandwiches on wheat bread, and broccoli/corn/peas etc.. But nothing greasy b/c it makes me sick. and I do tae bo after school for 15 mins. and play dance dance revolution for around an hour. I can’t buy any equipment or order anything or go to a gym, so Does anyone have a good exercise/ eating plan to help me lose the weight?
