if i rode a stationary bike, for 1 hour to 3 hours a day. 3 days a week.
and going friends place , maybe playing frisbee or riding bike for 20minutes.
at the same time doing atkins diet *Dont eat carbohydrates because my body will burn fat after it burns carbohydrates for energy, the less carbs the more fat burns*

btw i am a male, and i am not grossly over weight, i just have a little bit of flab on my chest, FACE. and stomache. i am 17 years old. so will doing those things . help me lose facial fat because i have great cheek bones and chisseled jaw line, so will it help my face become more beautifuly chisseled. *Aswell with age. i used to be fat during school but i lost alot of weight when i turned 17* so will i lose more baby fat or whatever it is. with age? and grow taller?

good ways to get rid of love handles?

okay so i have some love handles that really bother me. Do you think if i started ride a stationary bike everyday it would help my love handles go away?? if so how many miles a day on the bike do you think would give me maximum results?
also do you know if drug stores or vitamin shops sell acai berry pills and/or colon cleanse pills?
would that help my love handles go away?

How to lose 20lbs in 2 months?

I am 5′2 and 127lbs, 22years old. I use to be able to eat whatever I wanted, I have/had a high metabolism. I got on a medication for depression and it caused a 10-15lb increase in one month.

Now I am trying to lose it and I have an event I will be going to in 2 months and I want to be slimmer. I would like to be at about 107lbs and therefore lose 20lbs.

I am already on a diet, called Beyond Calories by Fat Loss 4 Idiots.
It is a calorie shifting diet, high in protien, low in carbs. No grains at all (cereal, rice, pasta, potatoes), no artifical sugars, etc. I eat 6-7 times a day, low portions.
My diet consists of select fruits, veggies, and as for protien cheese, skinless chicken, deli slices, navy/garbonzo beans and eggs.

I am also taking a weight loss pill daily, a green tea fat burner.
I take a 30min walk a day. Sometimes 1hr a day.
I also ride a stationary bike on low resistance but high speed (10-14mph) for about 20-40mins a day.
I do need to start doing work outs such as weight lifting.

Does anyone have any other advice? I have looked at acai berry, colon cleanse, grapefruit diet, adding milk.

i'm going on a trip and i know i wont enjoy my self if i'm fat .i weigh 200 lbs and would really like to lose at least a pound a day.without gaining it back on the first two days of my trip. any advise ,workouts ,eating plans anything .this is my first trip in five years , i'm 24, weight 200lbs , i own a stationary bike ,exercise ball, and workout dvds, i've been working out an hour a day at least , sometimes more and eating under 1300 Cal's a day and only lost 14lbs so far i need a way to lose weight faster, and don't tell my about colon cleanses and free offers of the net , just things i can do at home and buy from my local drug store…………….and tank you
