if so which ones did you also use the colon cleanse products? Do they work? whats the estimated weight loss? How long do you have to take them for? I seen quite a few scammers out there for alot of these products[fake testimonials] [fake blogs] and fake commetns on the blogs to back them up. I want to know from a real person if it acctually works! Thaks

I have been looking online at the latest diets to crop up, and lately all I’ve been seeing are various versions of colon-cleansing products like the ‘One Flat Stomach Rule’ and ColoPure. Ever time I try to research the products and procedures, I only end up reading through ads and testimonials. There doesn’t seem to be any legitimate research at all! This makes me very hesitant to spend any time or money on the suggested products, because no solid evidence is provided to ensure that they really work.

My question is: has anyone out there discovered any actual scientific or medical information about any of these fad diets? I’ve lost 48 pounds in the past year, but I’ve been planteauing now for several months and I would really like to get down below a size 16. If these diets actually work, I’d like to give one a try; but I’m not going to take all these testimonials on faith alone: I want some damn evidence.

About colon cleansing…. some so call "educated" professionals blast this topic.I on the other hand believe experience over book knowledge. I tried a colon cleanse to the tee as they recommended. The results were mind convincing to me and the weight loss was impressive as well. For example I was sort of skeptic myself about the pictures and testimonials because they were just hard to believe that something like that would come out of me, then worst, what if something like WAS inside me! I also read the negative reports but bottom line it is my body and I did not want junk like that inside me wether it’s harmless or not. I now have my own picture gallery and much needed weight loss and the piece of mind is awesome. NOTHING beats experience and if you have not honestly tryed one as recommended I feel you have nothing to say!

Most websites you find giving positive testimonials or good reviews to cleansers seem to be set up by the manufacturers themselves. Is compacted waste a myth? I have read that when a Dr. needs a patient cleared out before a colonoscopy they’ll give you what is essentially a strong laxative and your colon will be clean as a whistle so why the need for a colon cleanser? Why isn’t there more info out there debating the merits of cleansing if it is a scam and not “Doctor recommended”? It’s hard to come by negative reviews other than sites like Amazon in the user review section.

I really want to do this, but I'm concerned because of the 'six degrees of separation' factor – I don't know anyone who knows anyone, etc. etc. who has sucessfully done this – it sounds great, but where's the testimonials, other than "John G. in Plainview, TX, and Mary C. in Anywheresville, USA"

Reminds me of get rich quick through real estate schemes – if it's so easy, why don't you hear more about it – why isn't my brother in law's brother and my 2nd cousin rolling in dough for instance…
