I can guess what the answer is already but is it okay to get colon cleansing at 15 (almost 16). It seems that i have chronic constipation and no matter how much fiber or water i take, i never seem to excrete enough. What are the positive and negative effects of colon cleansing? I only plan on taking it once so i don’t become dependent. I know that your body is supposed to flush the toxins out itself but i’ve been struggling for almost a year. What should i do? Please give me an answer to my questions or a quick alternative besides eat little of vegetables and drink water and excerise because it never seemed to have much of an affect. THANKS.

just drinking water or fasting or anything. How can I do a complete body/colon cleanse without stopping eating? Higher intake of vegetables and less meat I’d guess but how do you keep your body regular clean and smelling fresh from the inside out for good? Are there supplements to help as well? What removes toxins the best? What about bowel movements? How do you make them regular and not horrible? I wanna try detoxing but I need to eat and go to school and work two jobs.

I’m exercising doing Insanity workouts, & eating healthy, more fruits & vegetables as well as taking greens powder and a good natural multivitamin daily, I’m also taking psyllium husks, & aloe vera, to clean my colon. (for about a week) How long will it take to detox, or be toxin free, I’m 25 and have had Candida for a few years. I’m also starting a candida diet (again) & natural anti candida remedies: coconut oil, garlic, oregon oil, etc.
(I sweat a lot when I workout & drink plenty of water)

Does taking the colon cleanse products added to diet help you lose weight fast? has anyone tried it? I am eating mostly beans and vegetables and mild exercise. I was hit by a car and have permanent damage that hurts if I exercise too much.

I have heard about Dr. Natura, Detox7, Bowtrol, Acai Berry Cleanse, and I just want to know if anyone has ever actually tried any of these cleansers themselves? I’m looking for a good colon cleanse system. I already eat lots of vegetables and fruit. I also drink plenty of water.
If you have tried those or any other cleanser, tell about the experience please, what it did for you, what were the side affects, and how you felt after all was said and done.
Thanks Steve

I once heard a pathologist say in an infomercial that after conducting lots of autopsies, he discovered that people's colons were lined with a crust of digested food that had gotten stuck to the colon over the years. He said that this crust had adhered to the colon wall and was therefore not moving out of the digestive system.
He decided to do something about it since many doctors do not address this problem. So he developed various products (forgot name) to cleanse the digestive tract.
Because it was an informercial, I was a bit suspicious. However, I know that doctors recommend vegetables & 64 ounces of water a day and many of us do not eat/drink that much. So, this guy might have a point. By the way, he was not talking about finding recently eaten food in the colon. This is a slow gradual accumulation over many years.
This crust, which is an accumulation of toxins, may explain colon cancer.
Has anyone tried colon cleansing or detoxification? Did you feel better?
