this is my description, how can i lose weight?♥?
i weigh 142.4lbs
i hav 31.6%fat
4.8% bone or something
51.2% water
and 39.1% muscle in my body
i want to weigh 125lbs and hav alot of fat off
what are some ways i could do that
and please dont tell me acai berry or colon cleanse
i dont want to hav anything to do with that
and will doin 400 crunches a day help me in anyway
and please dont say healthy diet
be a little bit more specific

bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
You need plenty of fat to survive…you can just do what youve been doing…also if you dont mind your weight that much you can just get more muscle you might weigh more but youll look good and healthy…
You didn’t say how tall you are but it doesn’t matter. Get outside rain or shine and go for walking or jogging for 2 or 3 miles per day. That is after you build up some endurance. First just do what you can to do a mile. First always remember to do about 20 reps of stretches for your legs and arms before you begin to walk and again after your walk. The walking will pull off a few lbs a week. It will take off more the farther your walking distances. Eat a normal diet with less fattening type foods. Eat in moderation of three meals per day. Watch the snack foods and don’t overdo. Your body will lose weight and tone up at the same time and you will have a healthy physically fit look. The walking releases stress and gives you a natural high of feeling so good. Usually 3 miles is a good limit for an average good work out walking. But remember to work up to that amount in a frame of about 3 weeks. Keep walking everyday of your life and you will never have a weight problem again. It is the healthiest lifestyle. reduce- not eliminate- carbohydrates (pasta, rice, grains, breads, etc.) and focus on fresh- not frozen, not canned- vegetables and steam or eat them raw. the biggest secret is don’t let your self get ravenously hungry or you’ll wind up eating too much. if you feel hungry eat a little something- it’ll sustain you without having to EAT. it’s easier not to over eat if you are not over hungry. just eat reasonable foods in reasonable amounts with reasonable exercise- note the repetitive use of the word "reasonable". balance is the key, no extreme anything. good luck.
