i weigh 142.4lbs
i hav 31.6%fat
4.8% bone or something
51.2% water
and 39.1% muscle in my body

i want to weigh 125lbs and hav alot of fat off
what are some ways i could do that
and please dont tell me acai berry or colon cleanse
i dont want to hav anything to do with that
and will doin 400 crunches a day help me in anyway
and please dont say healthy diet
be a little bit more specific
