It's truly amazing how many assumptions you are making with just one little question.
First of all, not all gay men are the recipients of the activity you are thinking about, so that immediately leaves them out.
Secondly, you make it seem that we must be ready at all times, like some animal in a state of perpetual heat, ready to go the moment some top boy catches a whiff of our pheromones.
Thirdly, do you know the difference between these different body parts? Anus, rectum, descending colon, tranverse colon, and ascending colon?
Fourth, are you aware that flora grow "there" naturally and that "regular cleaning" would disrupt the chemistry and the natural growth? And do you know what the consequences would be if that were to happen?
Fifth, not all gay men enjoy the activity you are assuming takes place upon every encounter. There are ohhh sooo many other options.
And those are just the assumptions I can think of right off the top of my head.
So, anyway, just to answer your question so that YAHOO doesn't ding me for NOT giving an answer, "No, gay men do NOT regularly cleanse their colons. SOME gay men MAY do that on occasion, depending on scheduling opportunities."
