What are the most effective methods to to burn fat?

I weigh a little over 200 pound and I would like some methods that are active and effective in burning fat, some healthier methods of eating, and a colon cleanse method that really worked for you!! Help please!

you can lose weight a lot easier by forgetting about colon cleansing and healthy methods. it’s called getting off your ass.
