I am looking to shed around 40 pounds of fat, and I have heard so much about so many different supplements out there. I go to the gym 4 times a week, and eat healthy but I have been at the same weight and "size" for over 3 months. I was hoping someone who has used supplements, who actually got results, could give me some suggestions. I was looking at FORCE FACTOR, and ACAI Colon Cleanse…any input on these? Please help me find the best on the market. Thank you!
