Which Acai Berry and Colon Cleanse product do you recommend?

I’m trying to find a reliable Acai Berry product (in combination with the Colon Cleanse), but i’m not quite sure which brand to chose. Some websites look really suspicious…so…if you’ve tried any products or have any experience in this area, please help me!

The whole colon clensing craze is a fad. Your colon is a system of it’s own that can self-handle any situation baring polyps or scarring, but if you have either of those-you’ve got other issues and I doubt even the most devoted followers of this craze would try to tell you it could help that. If you feel like you are having digestive issues that IS your colon doing the work on it’s own trying to right whatever you’ve given it. Ingesting these products won’t help you and some doctors even worry you risk harming the balance of natural bacteria your body already has in the colon-possibly making your situation even worse.
If you feel like you are experiencing digestive problems make sure you are first eating a well balanced diet-that’s where you start. If you feel like you have to take a pill then make it a good multi-vitamin as a safety net in conjunction with your balanced diet. If you still are having problems you might need to simplify the variety in your diet to start looking at individual foods-maybe you are allergic to something?!?!? Or go the low-tech approach like I do and eat mostly veggies, especially corn for a day or two. Nothing cleans you out like nature’s little yellow broom! Seriously though, if you are having problems it can usually be traced to bad eating habits. Fix that and you’ll be on the road to recovery.
I’m not convinced about the Acai Berry cleanse program. It seems too gimmicky to me. I personally have done lots of colon cleansing due to some health issues. High quality herbal cleanses have always given me the best results. I now use a very good one from New Zealand. They ship internationally. I’ll leave you the link below:
